I was looking for a way to get my credit score and found this place. I signed up and it had some wrong info in experian, so I went to the experian site and signed up there and the info wasn't listed in there. I then emailed them and told them to cancel the registration. I didn't hear back so I emailed again. Still no reply. Later I saw a charge from them in my bank statement. Not being able to get a response from them, I filled out a complaint at BBB on them and still waiting to hear. In the meantime I contacted my bank and asked them to block this company because charged without authorization so the bank person told me to come in and sign a dispute paper on them and they would cancel my card and give me a new one and get my money back. So that's what I'm going to go try. I hope people find this forum BEFORE signing up with them!
