US Direct Protect is a Great Auto Warranty Company

My husband and I got an Extended Auto Warranty from US Direct Protect 2 years ago on our 2005 Mercury. I believe we had around 78k miles when we purchased it. We broke down at my sister in laws house in North Tampa last Friday so we had to take the vehicle to her mechanic. It was on a Friday late afternoon and her mechanic would not look at our car because the administrator Gold Key Warranty would not answer the phone. Apparently they are closed on the weekends. Go figure. So we called US Direct Protect and they spoke to the Mechanic and it was smooth sailing after that. Apparently US Direct Protect via our wonderful Agent Anthony Cruz {Anthony handled business, he is a great agent and US Direct Protect is lucky to have him} gave him a CC and said they would pay it if Gold Key would not. Well yesterday morning Gold Key answered and sent out an adjuster. We only had to pay 460.00$ of a 2134.00 repair bill. Some small parts were not covered, and the deductible was a 100.00. I really cannot think of anything US Direct Protect could of done better. I have heard so many horror stories about Auto Warranties, and a few times thought I was going to be one of them but US Direct Protect and my agent Anthony took care of business. Anthony said he has worked in the Auto Warranty field for 10 years, 4 different companies and has never seen a company do things like this. After this crazy week we picked up our vehicle this evening and I realized I have got to do a review. I was really worried for a 2nd. Being stuck at my sister in laws would of been a mess. I love her and all but I have huge financial reports due in Thursday at work.
