Awful Customer Service / DO NOT FALL FOR THESE GUYS

Hello, I never left a review on anything before. This is going to be my first time ever. First of, if a person by the name "Mark" picks up the phone, you are in trouble. He is the worst individual I have ever had to deal with. Very unprofessional. He works
in customer service / canceling department. Here is my story: To be safe, I decided to sign up for an extended warranty. I found this company, which at first seemed absolutely trustworthy (naive of me). After signing up by paying the downpayment, I came to
realize that I will be selling my car by the end of the month. When I called to cancel the service, I was told to write a letter saying I wanted to cancel the service. Never was told to have the letter certified. When I called to check if these crooks received
my letter, Mark (customer service) was very rude. His tone was very condescending and prepotent. He said, "we have not received your letter yet" even though I sent it three weeks ago. Then he explained that until we do not receive your letter, we cannot process
your refund, adding that takes from 60 TO 90 DAYS to get your money back after they get the letter and starts processing the paperwork for cancellation. I told him that none of this information was given to me when I signed up for the warranty. Mark said "Listen,
we can be hours talking about the same thing, and nothing is going to change" AGGGRRRR!!! How unprofessional he is. As I read some of the comments from other people, it seems that these crooks continued charging you the monthly payments until the full cancellation
is processed. Unbelievable! PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOU ARE BETTER OFF SOMEWHERE ELSE. Be sure to ask all the right questions, especially when cancelling the service. With this company you are going to be screwed if you want to get your money back. Again, I never
wrote a review for anybody, even when they were pretty bad. BUT THESE GUYS ARE THE WORST OF THE WORST. DO NOT give your business to a company like this one or you will regret it for ever.
