I found this company through Google by searching for "extended warranty used car", I had plans to cover my newly purchased Chevrolet Silverado. Mark answered and got some basic information, explained he was in charge of determining who was eligible and
then transferred me to Calvin. Calvin got my vehicle's information and quoted me $2,900 for five years or 100,000 extra miles, whatever came first. I told him that I was interested but since I just bought the vehicle from the dealer THAT DAY, that I would
have to call them back with the information. Calvin told me that it was a one time offer and no call backs would be accepted. I explained that I would be calling them back within a day to get the coverage. The jerk hung up on me. How much worse can you get?
I would have at least appreciated an, "I can't help you, I'm sorry." So after being rudely hung up on, I read the reviews of this company. Why would they link to these reviews on their site, they are almost all negative! I believe every single negative review
I've read about this site. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!
