The worst!!
Working with Vayama has literally been the worst travel experience I have had ever. Do to some visa issue I was unable to take a flight in December. Now I am trying to re-book my flight for March. The representatives at Virgin said I should be able to do so with no issue. For the last week now I have tried to get a flight re-booked and have been unable to do so! I have called the company multiple times only to find out that no one on the phone can help. All reservation changes have to happen through email however they are extremely slow to respond to email (48 hours or more!!). I would not recommend booking with Vayama and I certainly will not do so in the future.
