Vayama Had i know? Why are you people greedy? You will never make it Unless you change your way of attiudes to your customers and being fair to them. Am writting this because i am 100% disappointed in you. I have planned that if everything goes well with
your agency, i will book another 6 international tickets. Unfortunately I will never come close to you guys again, even if you are the only travel agency operating. Insteade i will stay 100 years in USA without Travelling. I booked a ticket from you, and it
costed my $1319.60, And i bought for my mum too and it cost her $941.30. I was to travel on sunday, i called on saturday, to reschedule because i didn't receive my visa in the mail. The first person that answered the phone told my that since i called eairler,
that the will only charge me the difference in fare, and no ther charge because i didn't miss or reschedule intensionally it was because i can't travel without a visa. And he told me that he has sent an email to the scheduling department, and they will reply
to me. I waited till sunday and didn't receive the email, i called them back, and the lady i got on the phone said that she can do me a favour of $680 and reschedule me. But i told her that the first person i got on the phone said that they will only charge
me the difference in fare and no other charge. So i disagreed with her and said let me wait for the email. To my greatess surprise the scheduling department sent me and email charging me $940, only to reschedule, (which Other travel agency charge $175 - $250).
I called them back another person gave me a quote that he can only reschedule me for $740. And he told me that if i don't take it my ticket will be gone and i will never get it again. So they sent me an email that the 740 they charged my credit card is per
my request. This time I am going to take up the matters, I have informed my lawyer, and i must make sure that after this case either you start being fair to your customers because there is no reason to have you around. Do you know how much work you will do
to get $740? You just seat and ask your sleves to pay you 740 just like that, because they changed their booking. Well that $740 you charged me will cost you more than you think. I recorded every beat of calls that we made, both the first person that told
me that i will only be charged air difference and nothing more. I had the same expirence with KLM and Laufthansa, But the charged me only $250. and that is a fixed price. Not people from Department in India giving there own price $940, supervisor giving her
own price $680, agent giving there own price $740, no fixed price, what a terrible travel agency. They $740 you charged me was not paid in good faith, You took away that money from me because of your greediness. But i promise you that by the time the case
is over ........ Just check all the review site compare your reviews to other travel agency, Others has fair reviews, VAYAMA has bad reviews not even one person is talking about your good deeds. Why? Because That means you are a bad/worst company ever. MY
