You haven't provided a lot of information regarding your booking. Seats and other requests can easily be handled via email or by phone. Please keep in mind that some airlines may charge for advance seating, so the airline would need to be contacted in that case. As far as contacting us, we respond to all emails within 24 hours, and are available by phone 24/7.
