The overwhelming majority of people on this site have given Vayama the lowest possible score. Based on my experience, I 100% share their views – This Company is a complete mess. Vayama is the absolute worst online travel agency I’ve ever dealt with. I fly often, and have had very few issues contacting other online agencies to change dates etc. Vayama uses a team in India to handle change requests / schedule changes. This team is completely incompetent. They rarely respond to emails and when they do, the information they provide is incorrect (ie no seat availability even though their website says there is, incorrect interpretation of fare rules etc. etc. etc. ). The individuals in the call center are friendly, but can’t handle changes to tickets – they send emails to the exchange team ‘professionals’ in India. The call center will provide details on the fare rules, and then the exchange team will provide contradicting information days after. At one point, I waited 15 business days to get a response, even after several follow up emails. Based on my experience, Vayama is a pathetic excuse for a travel agency & I’ve given up dealing with them. There are plenty of options when booking travel online - I recommend you book your travel elsewhere.
