Very poor customer service. Orders can take a month or more to arrive. Prices are higher than in hobby shops and on competitor sites.
When contacted, the customer representative, who I believe is the owner of the company, was aggressive and actually insulting, and offered no help at all. I inquired about the packaging of 2 items and the accuracy of one of the items shipped, and the response from Waffle Collectibles was full of insults and ranting about having to drive 100 miles to work. Needless to say, this was inappropriate and out of line.
I highly recommend AGAINST doing business with WAFFLE COLLECTIBLES.

THE FACTS:
The OP questioned, numerous times that a toy airplane was "illegitimate" after explaining multiple times that just because it does not state the manufacturer of the model on the box does not mean it has not been produced by said manufacturer. The OP continued to press on and refuse to accept the answer. He received all items, in the described condition, in a timely manner for a competitive price.
