Disappointing Start-FANTASTIC End
While I was on WeBuyCars.com, I used the chat now option, spoke with Stephen, and set up for a Representative to come see my car the next day, before I went to work at noon. No one showed up or called that day and so I just wrote it off. A couple of days
later JOSE from WeBuyCars.com’s California office called me in Texas to see if I still wanted to sell my car. We spoke at about 10:15am this morning and he promised he would have someone here by the end of the day. At 12:20-ish pm their rep., JOHN PHILLIPS,
had arrived. JOHN was honest about how the whole process worked, which he made remarkably quick and easy. He was straightforward and very helpful when going through speaking with the buyer over the phone. JOHN, thank you for being so polite and patient with
me, my unprepared mess of papers, and the always interesting interruptions from my family. I had a check by 1:30 at the latest and it was my account not 30 minutes later. Thank you JOHN and JOSE for turning my initial disappointment into an incredible experience
that I would recommend to my family and friends.
