The silk flowers I bought were of very low quality and falling apart. When I told them I was returning them, they told me I could not return any if the packages had been opened. Most were not in packages. I was told I had to pay a 20% restocking fee which is not mentioned in their return policy. I did not know it was Ya Ya Creations until I received my order. I had ordered from www.silkflowersfactory.com.
