Almost total satisfaction

Lost my job and had to cut costs. For over a year I have been using esalon products to cover gray in my extremely short hair (so there is way too much product). Really appreciate how the colorists listen to my suggestions and changed the color more than
once. Although I was satisfied and always got compliments previously on my first 2 colors, this new color is exactly what I want and it has been consistent for 3 applications. I appreciate the stain guard which always works and I don't have to use any stain
remover. Until December the delivery was flawless. Recently it has taken several weeks, about which I have complained, and I hope they are working with their delivery contractors so that their emails match expectation, promises and reality.
