This vendor supplied $10K Lindens for Second Life by consumer PayPal advance purchase. Within minutes, the receiving Second Life account was frozen by Linden Laboratories and this freeze, by security team at Linden Laboratories, lasted for 2-3 days until 'billing' was called and referral was made to the Second Life fraud team in their security operation. While the security team reactivated the user account, it is now restricted to $7800L purchases in currency transactions per month. After reactivation, and contrary to Linden Laboratories TOS, and without any written documentation, the transfer of $10K L from this company was seized, after purchases had already been made (with objects restricted to the user account). The vendor was notified and, after multiple inquiries, failed to provide any evidence of ownership of the funds transferred and did not deny participation in any fraud scheme. The matter was disputed through PayPal, and, as intangible purchase, PayPal, while flagging the seller account (B2FORCE) as alleged to be engaged in fraud, did not initially honor a refund request. The refund request was eventually honored (as it would have been charged back from the card issuing bank anyway) by PayPal and the seller was referred to PayPal security team for alleged fraud based upon executive response referral. The company inundated customer with numerous requests, often duplicated, in broken English, for screenshots and documentation which were provided - with no proof that they actually ever had anything more than either computer hacked Lindens or Lindens purchased with stolen credit cards as the currency source in the first place. The fact that they delivered something to the account is their only supporting argument - no proof has been provided of the source of the transferred funds AND no attempt at customer resolution was made which their website touts.
DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IN RELATION TO LINDEN LABORATORIES/LINDEN EXCHANGE AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!! It is not API approved and, under the Linden Laboratories TOS, the currency credits transferred can be seized by Linden Laboratories at any time.
The company is located in China although the business lists a California phone number. Their website, after second review, contains numerous typos and misuses of idioms and phrases which should be a tip off to offshoring and possible fraud.
