I discussed my situation with Ann Madsen of Prospect Mortgage, and she was extremely understanding. She listened and provided information that the other lender did not disclose. There was no pressure to go with Prospect Mortgage and she didn't request an application or anything. Literally. They place you on hold constantly, for up to 15 minutes at a a time, and then disconnect you. The person to whom you spoke last time is always "never there", and they seem to have extreme problems pulling up your orders.
