John did a great job on our carpet! All the stains and dirt was gone, it looked great and felt so soft. John was friendly and very knowledgeable. He recommended a vacuum to buy, which we did and we love it. He occasionally calls to check up on the carpet and I don't have any complaints. I definitely recommend his services, as I will be sure to use him again.

My carpet looks and smells brand new again.
When I contacted 3B's to clean my carpet for my daughters graduation party, John was very accommodating to my needs. He was extremely thorough in explaining the process of cleaning the carpet and caring for it on my own.
It took them about 3 hours to clean my whole house (2400 sq ft.). They got all the pet stains, hair, and food stains. What's nice is that my carpet was clean within 2 hours of them finishing because of the foam products they used.
My carpet looks and smells brand new again.

I have used his services for 15 years and I highly recommend him for all of his cleaning services. John is very conscientious and thorough in all of the work he performs. John also freely shares his cleaning maintenance tips whenever.
I call him for advice. I have had wine stains which he has been able to get out; which I never thought would have come out. He has numerous products for red and brown stain removal. He is very accommodating when setting up your cleaning appointment and also uses the best quality products and stands behinds his work.
Also, when I needed to replace my vacuum, he was able to recommend a high quality vacuum that I have been very happy with and keeps my carpet cleaner and I have less wear on the carpets.

We had our wood floor cleaned by John of 3B's Carpet and Floor Care Service. The results are great! He was plain and simply AWESOME! Found his web page and called his number for a quote. He answered right away and came out to our home the same day! He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable about what had to be done to our floors. He even shared his cleaning and maintenance tips with no hesitation! He didn't beat around the bush and was straight forward.
Others we've called claimed to be licensed and bonded but wouldn't even give us their license number! The fact that 3B's Carpet and Floor Care Service is a part of the BBB was a very important factor in hiring him for the job!
We will use his services again in the the future and will most definitely recommend his company to all our friends and family!

John is very good at what he does! Not only does he take the time to do the job right, he is very willing to educate on the ways to take care of your carpets and floors.
We called John in for carpet cleaning in anticipation of the birth of our first child...we have two dogs and a cat and keep the carpets stain free for the most part, but wanted to be sure the carpets are fresh and clean for a baby who will be crawling around on the carpets.
I even got 5% cash back on my purchase because John is a member of MyCR Rewards program! Can't beat that!

PS - he also provides furniture cleaning, mattress cleaning and tile/grout cleaning services! Highly recommended!!!

I highly recommend 3B's carpet cleaning.. Our carpet was a disaster and it's amazing what a difference the cleaning made. It's well worth the extra cost compared to steam cleaning - your kids and pets will thank you.

3B's is thorough and attentive to detail, from the initial scheduling appointment through the instructions on how to prepare your carpets, the cleaning itself with top of the line equipment, and follow up service. John knows carpet cleaning and will give you as much in-depth knowledge of this specialty as you care to hear. His lesson on vacuums helped immensely some months later when my old vacuum died. It saved me a ton of time to walk into Walmart and find exactly the kind of machine he had described, in my budget. And the carpets look great. He will follow up with you and be "your carpet guy." I have had several good experiences over the last year now with 3B's as have friends we've referred to 3B's. Thumbs up!

"John is highly committed to his business of carpet and floor cleaning services. He knows his product and gives prompt, cost effective service. I was embarrassed for John to even see my carpets because of the pet stains... but when he showed up a few minutes early... he immediately started treating the stains and set to the task of scrubbing my carpets upstairs and down. I've never seen anyone work so hard. He scrubbed the stains by hand on his hands and knees, including the carpeted stairs until everything was finished. After, he gave me advice on treating new pet stains immediately with a product I was able to buy at a local pet store that would help prevent bacteria and staining. I would recommend John for all your floor care services."

John and 3B's has been cleaning my carpets since 1998. I have tried many other carpet cleaners but not one can compare to the quality and service we receive from John. We recommend Him to all our friends and clients. He is trustworthy and of good reputation. I have never had a bad experience all these years. As long as we are living in the area, John will be the only one to clean our carpets (and mattresses, tile, etc). You won't regret using 3B's.
