6 degrees has done a great job navigating the complications and technical difficulties I had during and since my website's redesign. They went above and beyond the service I should get for the price and their professionalism, courtesy, willingness to communicate and extend themselves in assisting with me the issues I do not have the technical expertise to resolve is the reason my site is functioning at all. They helped me learn to walk through my zen cart which really is relatively easy to use for a relatively inexperienced user, so that I could do some of my own site tweaks when my designers did not follow through completely. I am still working through it and have limited time, but they have saved the day over and over to keep it running and be there for me in a really challenging and overwhelming struggle to cope with whatever issues come up. Alot of this was due to them allowing extra personal service by a dedicated technician named Jimmy, who took alot of extra time to solve problems my own designers should have handled. Had it not been for that I would have been basically left on my own with no link between the technical world and my limited capacity to make that link. They explained things n a way that finally made sense causing less frustration. I wish they were my own staff.
