I had a lady call me back for a follow up ! And wow I wish ii had not answered the phone !! The service rep that returned my call was coughing on the and not from a cold!! And then to tell me what I already know !I told her that I new what she was talking about already her response was why did I call there to waste there time ! I hung up INSTANTLY!!! I will report this place to the Illinois attorney general to keep them from doing any business in this state via Internet ,mail, and also with the BBA!!

GREAT JOB 911 TAX RELIEF!!!
To Whom it May Concern,
I was contacted about my problems concerning the IRS in early 2012. As we spoke, I told of my problems concerning the IRS, I told them that I had JK Harris working on it for a number of years only to find out they were fleecing people and were bankrupt + out of business.
Before I spoke to 911, I was contacted by 20/20 Tax, only to find out that in speaking to their representative, that they didn't really want to help, but worried more about being paid first so I sent them a letter and didn't want them to represent me any longer.
Luckily on the day Lynn from 911 Tax Relief contacted me she was very understanding and listened to my problem, + she was very very compassionate and professional about her job.
I then sent necessary papers and they sent me the contract that we agreed upon and took on my case.
Everything that she told me concerning my case they did in a professional manner, after sending paperwork, the team of professionals (this applies to Tori and Nayri) really put me at ease because I am a 64 year old and have serious health problems and this situation with the IRS were only making things worse.
I ran into a problem on paying due to a lien on my social security check. But they had me speak to Chris in collections and was able to make arrangements so as I could pay and they stopped taking care of my case, which to me was going above and beyond and really help me physically and mentally as my condition worsened.
In closing, I suggest that anybody with a problem, they should contact the people at 911 Tax Relief. I'm writing this because of my past experience and really and truly feel this way.

In mid 2011,I signed an agreement with 911 Tax Relief, Riverside, to negotiate a serious tax issue with the IRS.They requested details of the problem and promptly began discussions with the IRS. Initially they were successful in getting a penalty reduced by $2000. Then, to my great relief, they negotiated a very reasonable monthly payment schedule. I give much credit to Ross Mabalot and the professionals at 911 Tax Relief. At all times they were prompt,responsive and very professional.

I would like to thank you guys. When, I say 911 TAX RELIEF ROCKS!!!If you don't use these guys your CRAZY. They got my husband out of paying back taxes that he didn't owe. The IRS said they where going to put a tax lien on him. I called 911 Tax Relief and they didn't stop until the IRS had to give us either a zero balance, a payment plan,and are a refund! WOW, When I went to the mail box and it was 4 refund checks, I couldn't believe it!We didn't owe $13,000 back. Now I'm not going to tell you the refund amount. But, let's just say it was good....Thanks 911 Ross,and Ken you know your business.

This company gets 4 out of 5 stars for its rating. Overall everything went very well with this company. The service was great, they returned calls and the fee seemed to be reasonable after extensive research with other companies. I only had 1 thing that bothered me, they are not open on weekends. I like dealing with things on my off time but in the end everything worked out. Good company overall.

The boys over at 911 Tax Relief helped take away the stress of dealing with our tax problems. Not only did they get the last five years of taxes caught up, but like they said, through their aggressive filing it reduced our balance significantly. We are now if a comfortable payment plan for the balance.. Thanks again for dealing with us at a reasonable price.

This firm was very fair, I have talked to several firms over the past year and all wanted to charge me an average of $3500 to take care of my tax issue. I had not filed my taxes in over 7 years and the IRS said I owed over $40,000. They gave it to me straight and told me I would not qualify for a settlement like all the other firms but felt very strong that by having them file my taxes and trying to reduce the penalties the majority of the issue would go away. Just opened my mail Sunday morning and it looks like I will be owing $9450.00, huge difference. Thanks guys, all my Trucker buds will hear about you. Here is the kicker, they only charged me $1975.00 instead of $3500 and even let me pay over 3 months. You guys rock and are also fun to talk to!!!

I was helped by 911 Tax Relief recently. Yesterday I actually just got the result of the offer that they helped me make to the IRS and the offer was accepted. Everything got done within the time frame they told me it was going to take. I don't even live in that area and the communication with them was great. They always answer the phone and they reply to emails almost inmediately. I used to owe more money to the IRS than what I could afford with this tough economy and with the help of Ken and Scott form 911 Tax Relief, they helped me get rid of that nightmare. The offer we made to the IRS was nothing compared to what I used to owe. My new payment now is .3% of my original balance. Yes, point three percent. I don't know how I was going to be able to fix that. If you owe money to the IRS and now your luck is not the same and you are having problems making payments, I definitively have to tell you that you must contact this company and they will help you with your tax problem if you qualify for the 911 tax relief program.
