Peace of Mind
For years I've pondered the need of a will; written document directing my "stuff" to heirs when I reach the last page of life.
Though I began often, I never had a plan. Consequently, nothing was finalized.
Perusing the AmeriEstate ad it seemed like a positive step in the right direction for my Peace Of Mind in that responsibility of life here on the planet.
Daniel Leonhardt's presentation of the AmeriEstate Plan was thorough and easy enough for my seniorizing brain to comprehend.
If it turns out as well as he outlined ... my heirs will find themselves significantly "Blessed."
My follow up with Margarita Caudillo strengthened my confidence in the company and what Daniel shared.
My third "step," and attorney, Jimmy Smith, seemed to reflect the same integrity as Daniel and Margarita.
Integrity might be infectious at AmeiEstate.

Excellent Customer Service!!!
I am a Successor Trustee on a trust for someone who uses AmeriEstate. Margarita Caudillo has been amazing with helping me ensure that everything is taken care of and in order for when something happens. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and actually follows up with you! There have been times I waited weeks to hear back from someone but not Margarita, she has always called back. Margarita took the time to make sure my information was up to date and even offered her assistance to me for the future. Trust Planning
I attended one of your seminars as I was interested in having a Trust even though I have had a will for years.
The seminar was very well organized and easy to understand. I signed up that day for the Trust.
Since then, I have been very impressed with your service. Responses to my inquiries have been very prompt and even over the holidays, I received an email stating I would be contacted the following week to discuss my concerns.

Poor customer service in California
My dad has hired AmeriEstate Legal Plan to prepare his trust. The only information received in a timely fashion are the invoices. The local (NC) representative has been professional and helpful, but the headquarters in California has been problematic. I have been trying to contact the AmeriEstate toll-free number 1-800-235-0963 for a few hours today, but it either disconnects or there is a busy signal. I sincerely hope this is just a fluke, but I would advise to all seeking a trust that they work with a local company. At least a customer could drive to the office if needing additional information.

Exceptional Experience
During the past 6 months my wife and I had been exploring setting up a living trust for our estate. I had met with several attorneys that specialized in the creation of trusts and estate planning. The process promised to be time consuming, complicated and expensive. Our conversations were filled with "legalese" and served to make the whole process unappealing and unnecessarily complex. We knew we needed to complete our trust but did not relish the amount of work, money and time the endeavor would require.
In November 2011 my brother sent me an email concerning a living trust seminar being conducted in our area. We decided to attend. The presenter represented AmeriEstate Legal plan. In less than 40 minutes he explained the trust process in clear, concise and easy to understand terms. We were able to ask questions and learned more about trusts and their creation than we had from any of the attorneys we consulted. All the salient points were covered and in a logical order, along with a time line and the information we would be required to provide.
The process was simple and could be completed in far less time than we had been quoted by the attorneys we consulted. When we were quoted the costs I was amazed, as the entire cost of the trust was many times less than we had expected to pay. We made the decision to sign up that evening.
During the next few weeks everything happened as was presented at the seminar. Our phone calls and emails were returned promptly and our questions thoroughly answered. Our situation was a bit more complicated than many trusts as it involved multiple properties and businesses. Karen, our trust manager made sure everything was prepared and completed correctly. Documents were delivered on time and we were encouraged to call with questions or concerns.
When our final trust was delivered I was amazed at the detail of the final product. The entire trust is in one binder with tabbed sections detailing every aspect of the trust. You do not need to wade through a sea of paperwork to find anything concerning the trust, simply turn to the tabbed section. It even comes with complete instructions for the people you designate to carry out your desires, nothing is left to chance.
Trust are not just for the rich, everyone should have a trust. It is not a question of if you need one, but when. It not only serves to see that your wishes are carried out but is one the kindest things you can do for your family. It can eliminate stress, questions and unnecessary expenses. No one will have to guess at what you want as it is laid out in detail.
AmeriEstate has done an amazing job in demystifying the process and making it affordable for everyone. Contact them and find out if a seminar is being conducted in your area. Go listen and judge for yourself I am confident you will see the value in what they offer. This is one of the wisest financial decisions I have have ever made. It was my father who discovered AmeriEstate Legal Plan. After researching high-end legal firms in the Los Angeles area, Dad decided to have his revocable living trust created through a provider attorney at AmeriEstate.
Dad was pleased with the attorney consultation and while he waited to have his trust documents produced he suffered irreversible damage from a massive heart attack and would not live but a few days. He could not talk, but he repeatedly wrote on a tablet the word "trust". Immediately I called AmeriEstate; they arranged delivery of his documents to the hospital the next morning in which dad signed the documents and property deeds.
My father died peacefully knowing he executed the most important transaction of his lifetime, protecting his loved ones and his financial assets. As successor trustee AmeriEstate showed me the same respect and support in the estate administration as an extended service of dad's membership in their legal plan. Being a home owner and father of a young child, I knew that I needed a living trust. The thought of an unfortunate event to myself resulting in probate needlessly taking away tens of thousands of dollars from my child, my primary beneficiary, was very disturbing.
Fortunately I found AmeriEstate Legal Plan through a friend of mine. I spoke to them on the phone and set up a one-on-one meeting with a professional estate planning expert. All my questions were answered in plain english and there was absolutely no pressure to make quick decisions or to do business with them. I decided to have AmeriEstate make my living trust and filled out their application. Later I was contacted by an estate attorney and was able to further clarify my concerns and strategies for managing my relatively small but hard earned estate. I also had AmeriEstate manage the transfer of the title of my house to my newly created trust. In less than 4 weeks I had a notarized and full funded Living Trust in my possession, giving me a greater peace of mind that my assets were being protected for my child.
Two years later my wife and I were blessed with another a new baby boy. Because I was a member to AmeriEstate's Prepaid Legal Plan there was no cost to make the simple amendment to include my son in the Living Trust.
My experience has been incredibly positive for getting my estate plan in order and would highly recommend them to anyone else in need of such services.
