I would highly recommend Bath Vanity Experts for two reasons. (1) They are great to work with, service is fast, and prices are more than reasonable. (2) Quality. The quality of their products is awesome. I purchased a Serendipity vanity. It came with a cabinet made of solid wood (not veneer over cheap partical board), granite countertop, vessel sink and mirror. The mirror was made of the same solid wood in a rich espresso brown color. The set is beautiful and the quality is top notch.
I'm giving Bath Vanity Experts 5 Stars only because that's the maximum allowed.

Love my vanity!
I was finally building my dream bathroom and after weeks of research I ordered the gorgeous new 60" Westwood double vanity from BathVanityExperts.com.
I chose the Westwood line of vanities because I wanted a USA made product that was high quality, stylish and customizable. The Westwood vanity more that exceeded these expectations.
From the moment I first contacted Bath Vanity Experts to inquire about this vanity I received exceptional service. Bryan contacted me back directly and was informative, helpful and very professional. I immediately felt comfortable working with him and trusted his advice all the way through the design and purchasing process. He stayed in touch with me regularly as my vanity was being made, shipped it to me when he promised he would, and because it had been packed so securely it arrived in perfect condition.
My construction workers and plumbers have both said that the Westwood Vanity is solidly constructed and thoughtfully designed. They also mentioned how easy it was to install.
All in all I'm delighted to have located this wonderful company and their fabulous line of products. I will work with BathVanityExperts.com again without any hesitation when I begin another construction project. They offer great products and provided reliable, excellent service.

I am tremendously pleased with the Bianca vanity that I purchased from BathVanityExperts.com. It looks wonderful in our newly renovated bathroom!
One of my biggest concerns related to the shipment of the product. BathVanityExperts.com assured me that the vanity would be packed very well and shipped by only a reputable freight company. True to their word, the vanity arrived in great condition with no damage.

I recently purchased a vanity from BVE and while there were some issues with the vanity (manufacturing issues) I have to say that BVE stepped up to the plate each time to make sure all the issues were resolved to my satisfaction. I've been in customer support for over 20 years and very few customers have a clue on how to do it, these guys DEFINITELY do and they more then made up for all the issues with the manufacturer
So, kudos to BVE ! and they are on my highly recommended list now

We ordered the Molokai double sink vanity. Bryan was wonderful to work with. He was able to price match from a competitor. The vanity came from California all the way to Minnesota in the winter. It was packaged SO well -nothing could possibly have been damaged. The vanity is beautiful. It is sturdy, well-made, and a piece of art/furniture - not just a vanity. It makes our bathroom look SO elegant. We have had a very positive experience and I would work with Bathroom Expert again!

I searched many sites before finally finding the perfect floating vanity on bathvanityexperts.com. The Montage was not only the perfect size and design for our modern bathroom, but it is very well constructed of solid wood, and the price was unbeatable. Shipping was extremely fast, and the gentlemen with whom I spoke was friendly and knowledgeable. I was a little nervous about making such a major purchase over the internet. Bathvanityexperts.com was a completely satisfying experience. I actually ordered via phone due to questions about product. All questions were answered and accurate, the product was shipped and received in a very timely manner and was in perfect condition. The delivery person was great. The design and quality of the vanity was as expected--very good--and the picture on web site was accurately representative of actual piece. They also followed up wonderfully. If they are selling something I need in the future would defintely use again.

I called the folks at http://www.bathvanityexperts.com/ to answer a few questions I had, and was blown away by the time and patience that the sales advisor took with me.
Not only did she answer my questions, but she also recommended a different product which saved me money and my wife liked better. She was extremely nice as well.

My wife and I decided to remodel our home. The biggest thing we were looking for was a new vanity for our bath. My wife decided that she wanted a vessel vanity and we began to search. We looked at several companies over the course of 3 months. We had all but given up hope, everything was either too expensive or the shipping was outrageous. My wife decided to look around for a little longer and we were fortunate to find bathvanityexperts.com. The prices were amazing and the service was just unbelievable. I had the pleasure of dealing with Bryan and he was very helpful and professional. When we finally received the vanity I couldn't believe how beautiful it was. It was made of solid wood and thick, heavy beveled glass. We were going to install it ourselves and had never done it before. Very bad experience. I never post reviews, but felt compelled to post this one. Ordered a very large vanity - website doesn't provide an option for delivery into the house - after I ordered it, they told me it would be left outside of my house, and that there was nothing I could do about it. They were rude, and basically suggested that I call a friend to figure out how to get it into my house - not exactly the response I was expecting from an established business.
Also, the faucet I ordered came without a stopper - I had to call them several times to figure out when they were going to ship it. The website, by the way, states that a stopper is included with the faucet. Again, they weren't helpful, and it took a really long time (and four phone calls) to get the final piece.

We strive to have the best customer service in the industry. We provide free curbside shipping to our customers on all vanities. Sometimes freight carriers are not able to provide inside delivery for bathroom vanities in all areas.
When we learned that the drain was missing from this order and was out of stock, we put in a rush order to get more from a local supplier and the product was overnighted to the customer as soon as we received them. Our company owner personally called the customer to apologize for the delays and provided them with a $50 gift-card to Home Depot for their troubles.
All of our customers are extremely important and we take responsiblity for errors and fix them as soon as we possibly can.

I thought I was taking a risk when I gave this online company my credit card number but it turns out that I discovered one of the best kept secrets around. The customer service folks were friendly and easy to work with, delivery was smooth especially since they talked me through what to expect, and the product is everything they said it would be.
