I received a lot of great expert help and advice from this company. I was new to the area and it was nice to have that expert advice to guide me through the process. They were invaluable during the negotiations after the inspection turned up some red flags.

They have proved to be a very valuable service that I am very pleased to be using finally. Over the last few months things have been much easier for me and I will be using them for some real estate transactions in the near future. They are very knowledgeable and experienced!

sent someone over fast!
I have lived in a beeline property and never had any reason to call them. My patio door was not sliding open or closed so I called them to see what they could do. They sent over a repair guy pretty fast, and he replaced the wheels and cleaned the track and now it works fine.

much improved!
I am very pleased with the changes at the property I rent over the last few months. Since Beeline has taken over the management I have seen things start happening. The disposal works now and gardeners come once a week not once a month. great improvement!

I have recently hired Beeline to handle my rental as of June and all I can say is positive things about them. The fees are more than fair and my house was only vacant for 19 days before they had it rented out! Chris, especially is outstanding, answers all of my questions and gets back to me almost always right away!

The professionalism of this staff is the best I've seen among property managers. Having owned rental properties for over 20 years and having worked with some good and bad management companies, Beeline excels in more ways than most. No one is perfect and I do have an occasional problem, but Beeline does a great job of handling the headaches that I get to avoid by working with them.

Beeline was successful in renting my home in one day! They took fabulous pictures and posted them immediately to their website. We had a call the next day, rental contract the following day. It was awesome! The tenants have been in for a few months and we are worry free. Beeline has handled the entire process well and I expect they will continue to do so. They respond quickly to any calls or emails. If there is a negative it would be the property review. We never had a formal inspection, we received their inspection report in the mail and had to ask them to make changes to it. Overall they do a great job.

Excellent at finding good tenants. Contracts are well-written and precise. Office staff is courteous. Monthly statements are somewhat confusing - could be simpler format. Dates of service not on statements. Gardners are a problem, but Beeline seems to work hard at finding and keeping good, dependable repairmen. Should provide a monthly drive-by report with photos to out-of-area owners. Also should provide a semi-annual interior inspection report with photos. Would absolutely recommend their services.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Beeline. As a tenant, they treated me with respect and handled my maintenance requests promptly. Beeline seems to have better quality homes than "most" property managers and they seem to take pride in doing the best job possible. Highly recommended.

I have had an extremely pleasurable experience working with Beeline. They have taken good care of my home for over two years and they are the best company I have used in my 28 years of owning rental properties. Any time there is a problem, they notify me immediately and have gone out of their way to make sure problems are taken care of quickly and inexpensively. They keep my tenant happy, they take care of my home, and they keep me happy. What else could one want? Thank you and congratulations Beeline for doing so well!

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Beeline Realty. I have rented a property under their management for 3 years now and they are always professional and truly care about their tenants. Anytime I have ever needed anything related to the house or maintenance, Christian and his staff have responded and done what it takes to fix the issue. They have gone above and beyond what was necessary every time.
I would highly recommend this property management company to anyone in Lake Elsinore or surrounding area and will continue to rent properties listed by Beeline Realty because of their attention to my family's needs and interests.
