Quick Pod Delivery
I called here to get a pod for my stuff - I was moving out and needed to get everything packed and secured in a hurry. I didn't want to have a lot of hassles and this way, by using a pod, I don't have to do a lot of loading and unloading.
The customer service girl coordinated with me to get the pod delivered on time and when I called for a pickup, they sent someone out early the next day. Very convenient and well worth it, for me.

Speedy Delivery
I called to order a storage pod to be delivered and igured I'd have to wait at least a week or two, but they were able to deliver an empty pod the next day! I was going to be moving (job offer dictated a quick move) and they were able to get a pod out to me fast and they even picked it up the day that I called for pickup.
Their service is fast, glad I gave them a call and got everything packed and ready for my new apartment.

I thought this company was awesome! I would definately recommend them to others and use their services again. They treated me like a customer instead of an annoyance,like so many service personel do. They were always accomedating with my requests and very pleasant, a "genuine" pleasant. The office rep. was great and just made me feel good dealing with them, from him, all the way to the delivery personel that put the storage box right where I wanted it with out being annoyed. I wish other companies would take service lessons from Box-N-Go Storage. Commerce,CA - you guys were great! Thank you for being at one company that made me smile concerning my move from Iowa.

Box-N-Go goes way above "Outstanding" for Customer Service. It actually makes painless the normally distasteful task of storing and unstoring furniture, books, papers, family nostalgia, etc.
The owner(s?) is an active participant in the business. This no doubt accounts for a great deal of the quality received by the customer. All of the workers with whom I have interacted, from sales people to coordinators and drivers, have been pleasant, helpful,and very eager to make sure the experience goes well. They even anticipated my need for a lock for my unit, which I had forgotten. They provided a lock for me until I could obtain one. And upon my request, they allowed me to purchase theirs for a very nominal price. And, since I was unable to be present for the delivery of my goods when the short-term storage (I also have continued long-term storage with them) ended, they suggested an email from me could serve as authorization to break the lock in order that my moving men could take the furniture.
In addition to the ease of interaction with them, the prices Box-N-Go charges are excellent! They are significantly below what I had been paying at another well-known storage facility.
I feel that my decision to use Box-N-Go was one of my better ones. I only wish I had found them sooner!
And I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! A++!!
