We had a pool deck completed by Brad's Creative Concrete back in November 2010. It was completed beautifully and we loved it. However, back in August 2011, just 9 months later, many of the flaws that were originally fixed during the patio makeover, have resurfaced. Brad promised us a 1 year warranty and when I spoke to him in early August he said he'd take care of it. It's now the end of September and despite leaving close to a dozen messages for him, he's not returned my call. His voicemail box is now full and not accepting messages. I'm really disappointed in his lack of follow-through. Although previously I would have recommended him/his company in a heartbeat, I can't in good conscience do that now. It's one thing for a company to do good work but to do good work AND provide good customer service is really what it's all about. Thumbs down Brad.

This past summer I got 4 estimates to have a decorative overlay on my back patio. Brads creative gave me a very competitive bid on the patio and as well offered to help me with and co ordinate some other work I needed done on my screen enclosure. From start to finish they did everything they said they would do and more. They were on time for every appointment, they cleaned up at the end of each day and the workers were respectful and paid great attention to detail. As important, I got a call each day or every other day from Bobby to ask how progress was going and was I satisfied. My deck looks great and the guys who repaired my screens did twice the work I asked for at half the price.From the initial estimate to the final bill payment I was more than pleased with all aspects of their operation. I am not one to write these types of comments but in this case they really out performed and deserve a job well done. I would recommend them to my family and friends so I feel comfortable recommending them to you.

Brad's Creative Concrete provides amazing, quality service with reasonable prices. Brad's created a beautiful travertine platform for a pavilion and also renovated my pool area. Bobby was not only very punctual for all appointments and phone calls, but also kept me informed during every step of the process. I highly recommend this company.

Brad's Creative Concrete recently refinished our pool deck. The final product looks great, but it was a bit of an effort to get there. The crew did show up as promised and finished the job quickly. However, the foreman for the job did not consult with us in advance for the finish or the colors. Due to the lack of plastic to protect their work, a lot of the material ended up in our pool when it rained. Also, the paint that was blasted off of our old deck ended up in the pool. I spent days cleaning the pool and pool filter. There was also a mess left on the lawn and an area of dead grass where they stored their materials and mixed their product. Finally, the pool screen enclosure and other areas were left dusty and dirty which took us many hours to clean up.
I do recommend this company, but you have to watch them and do not make final payment until you thoroughly check their work and the work area and insist on cleanup.

I just had my driveway and sidewalk/patio area decoratively resurfaced by Brad's Creative Concrete. It not only looks AMAZING, but I can't say enough good things about Brad and his crew. From the initial consultation through the installation, to the final approval, they were professional, courteous, accomodating, affordable, and extremely talented at what they do. I would absolutely recommend them for any of your driveway, pool, sidewalk needs. All of my neighbors are raving about how fantastic my driveway looks! Thumbs up !

I found Brad's Creative Concrete booth at a recent home show. After talking with Brad and Roger, I found them to be very friendly and helpful with my pool deck project. I had very prompt service from the sales representative and he was most helpful. I wish I had done this project years ago. I am so pleased with the outcome of the concrete work, and I will be contacting them in the future for another project. I would highly recommend this company.

Brad's Creative Concrete was a pleasure to work with. Brad and his crew were professional, skilled, and trustworthy, not to mention, polite. They constructed a circular driveway for us and were patient and helpful, offering advise about aesthetics, function, and size. They tended to unforeseen issues without a fuss; they cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished; they returned to check out the job several days after it was completed. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future for other projects.

I contracted Brad's Creative Concrete to replace the pavers on my back patio (approx 200 sq. ft.) with decorative concrete. Our patio now looks beautiful! I found this company to be the most organized of any company that I have had do work on my home. They promptly sent me proposals, contracts, and invoices through email. The job took about 2 weeks to complete since it must be completed in stages (and due to the weather), but I was provided regular updates via email. My wife and I are very happy with our new patio and would highly recommend Brad's Creative Concrete to anyone.

Brad and David are very responsive and you never have the feeling of not receiving the attention after you signed the contract. The job was executed very fast after all the details have been nailed down, and his crew was amazing. I used Brad's Creative Concrete to rescreen my patio, fill in a planter with concrete and do a decorative overlay on the patio, and to resurface my garage floor. One of the main reasons that I chose this company was their ability to do all of the jobs, and I couldn't have been happier with their performance in all areas. The workers were professional and very detail oriented. They went out of their way to make sure the job was done right, including emptying my gutters that were against the patio screen. The patio surface looks so amazing that everyone that has seen it has been surprised that it's not actual stones. The garage floor is also great and much easier to clean. I would highly recommend this company.

I just love my new walkway into my house. I had painted it previously and the paint always came up. Not to mention how hard it was to keep clean. Now I have a beautiful piece of art on the walkway. I own a home in Delray Villas, Delray Beach FL. In Oct '10, Brad redid the floor in my screened-in patio and the job came out far better than I or my wife expected. The workmanship was excellent. My neighbors thought I had a new tile floor installed on my patio. They were completely shocked when I told them the finished product was a concrete composition. Brad's and his crew are extremely proficient and experts in their field. I plan on using them in the very near future to redo my bathroom floors.

We have just completed a contract with Brad's Creative Concrete for a patio with decorative topping and a concrete pad for a shed. The zoning process was a long journey but totally beyond the control of Brad or us. We started this project on March 4 and concluded it on Sept. 3 with the vast majority of that spent waiting on a zoning decision. During that time the company did an excellent job of keeping us informed of the zoning status. The actual work performed by Brad's Creative Concrete in the forming, pouring and topping of the concrete was quick and accurate. There was some drama in dealing with the design and coloring of the patio topping mostly due to a misunderstanding of construction terms (turns out "base coat" also means the color of the lines in the pattern) but Brad has a very good attitude of "We'll make it right and make you happy" so I didn't ding him a star in the rating (I probably would have dinged a half star if possible).

- Excellent project communication
- Great attitude to making the customer happy
I will definitely recommend Brad's Create Concrete to my neighbors and friends should they need such services (with the suggestion to clearly work out the patio pattern and colors ahead of time).
