FIRST TIME BUYER
I recently completed my first purchase with CAPITAL GOLD.
By most standards my investment would be considered modest and to my relief, my agent Laura, never pressured me to invest anymore than I was comfortable with.
I have made purchases with local dealers in the past so I wanted to know why I should work with CGG instead of dealing locally. Laura discussed this topic in depth with me and together we weighed the pros and cons. I came away knowing that I was making a sound investment decision with the backing of a trusted, legitimate partner. So although I am a small fish in a big pond, I feel like I received the red carpet treatment and as my finances allow, I will not hesitate to continue doing business with CGG.

Great experience
I was a first time investor and had very little knowledge of gold. Gary Moore helped me through the whole process and answered all of my questions without making me feel intimidated or confused. Gary was very prompt and courteous at returning my phone
calls. The first rate customer service continued when Steven followed up with me and made sure I had received my gold and answered any additional questions I had. I feel confident in my purchase with capital gold group and look forward to doing business with

Excellent Service
Having previously worked with two other precious metals suppliers, I found Capital Gold Group much easier to work with. My agent Steve quickly answered all of my questions, and provided me with extremely helpful information to make the correct decisions

katrina saved my day
I'd made 3 purchases with Capital Gold and was about to make another when I realized I had no documentation that I'd received my last order.I looked in my secret hiding spot and could not find my coins! In a panic I spoke with Katrina Kennedy who assured
me immediately that she would get to the bottom of this and resolve it to my satisfaction. Long story short,the coins were in my possession after all,but I'd misplaced them somehow.She handled everything perfectly and knew what questions to ask that jogged

Very Customer Service oriented. Steve Katz always returns my call, immediately even though I am just a small fish.
