I ordered a vacuum hose kit on Dec 14 2011
for a xmas gift.
I called a week after xmas to find out why i havent received it yet'
I was told it was backordered and should be getting it in a week or two.
well here it is jan 28 and no hose yet
and when you call them the recording always tells you they are busy helping customers
and they never call back.

BEWARE! My experience has been very similar to the one Diane S. has had. Transaction starts out fine then deteriorates. They rarely reply to phone calls and/or emails. Once they get their merchandise returned they will not post a refund to your credit card.
I am still waiting on a refund that was verbally promised by Michael March, President not some underling. A fire is no reason to continue to treat ignore and treat customers this way.
I have involved the BBB and will post updates should any changes occur.

So far my customer service experience with vacuum planet is very bad. It started out good. I received my powerbrush in a timely manner. The problem came when I tried to return it. They were reluctant to give me a return # and the address to return the product. They did try to fix my problem, but I just needed to return it. I shipped it to them Jan 28, 2011. I waited patiently for a credit on my credit card but it has never showed. I have now written several e-mails with no response at all. I guess once they know you have returned at item they just ignore you and their customer service completely ends. I will be trying to call the company this week. I will continue to post updates as this progresses. Others need to know that if you need to return your item your in for a very long wait.
Still waiting for a refund. Received a response that they had a fire and told I would get my refund and it still has not happened. It is now April going into May. I will never be using this company again and will tell everyone I know not to use them.

Had a easy transaction with Central Vacuum Planet. I ordered online (I live in New Jersey) and my tool set arrived just 3 days later. Everything worked great and the shipping was fast. Thanks.

Had a great experience ordering online from CentralVacuumPlanet.com. I was not so sure what type of hose I needed and after about 3 phone calls and countless questions, we selected the right one. The customer service people were so patient and honest and tried to answer every question with as much detail as possible. The shipping was free and fast. Would highly recommend. Thanks again.
