We turned to CorpNet for advice on how to structure a company with partners living in different states. There was a lot to consider in terms of taxation, ownership, cross-state fees, etc.

Getting Incorporated Couldn't Be Easier
I think a lot of small businesses think that incorporating is complicated. CorpNet makes it dead simple to get it done. I liked that I had options of how involved I could be in the process (ranging from DIY and doing more myself to handing it completely
over to the company). The specialist was eager to answer questions I had, and everything was so well explained, I didn't even have questions.

SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXCELLENT PRODUCTS
CORPNET went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed to start two companies (one nonprofit and one for profit) in less than a month. Their team provided updates and answered questions, so many questions, with grace and a wealth of knowledge. They had a seamless process of incorporating both my organizations and I barely lifted a finger. Katie Hendrix went ABOVE AND BEYOND the call many many times and I could not be more grateful!!! I have incorporated before and was very disappointed in the process and am so grateful I used Corpnet this time around. Fantastic Customer Service at an incredibly fair price
Just wanted to say thanks to Milton, he made the filing of my LLC as seemless as it could possibly be. I never knew that it was going to be this easy. Everything was handled professionaly but yet fun at the same time. You will not go wrong in choosing this company to perform any of the services that they offer. I would give them 10 stars if it would let me!!! You will not find more fairness in pricing anywhere on the internet, so look no further and call these pro's up, they are great at what they do!!!

Peace of Mind and Fair Pricing
I am so pleased to have worked with CorpNet since 2010. They alleviate all the confusion and pressure from the processes of forming and/or dissolving a business entity, and pricing is more than fair.

impeccable Service
I spent the better part of an afternoon searching for a company to process our Wyoming incorporation. When I came across Corpnet - I decided to search for reviews and found TrustLink. If it wasn't for all the positive reviews, I would have had second thoughts. I'm so glad I read the reviews... The service was great! Staff was quick and very detailed with all my questions and I had plenty. I wish their online tracking system was in 'real time' - it seems to be a day behind but I still got great service overall.

CorpNet really eased my pain!!
For my first LLC and DBA, I did a lot of the work myself and made mistakes and wasted time. This time around, I got smart and formed my LLC with CorpNet! The process was seamless and easy, and now I have everything all done correctly (and I did not feel overwhelmed but the price).
I really appreciated the time that Nellie took with me from CorpNet, and I know that I will use them for all my business filing services now! Why waste precious time?

Great and Thorough service from beginning to end!
Starting a business is scary. Working with the CorpNet team made it feel just a bit easier and they even comforted me when my anxiety was starting to peek through! The team was there from beginning to answer questions to the end when all of my paperwork arrived. They held my hand where needed and ensured that I did everything I needed to do for a successful formation. I'm very satisfied with the service provided by CorpNet.com. They made it easy for me to register an LLC (something I'd been procrastinating on for almost 5 years). They handled all the documents and filing for me. Highly recommend them to anyone who is operating as a sole proprietorship, or anyone needing to form a legal entity.

It's actually not easy to impress me, but with Laura and Andrea of CorpNet,that's an unbeatable team.They are truly miracle workers out there.They have an ability to sense your problem and offer assistance and concern that i haven't seen replicated anywhere. I can not begin to tell you how impressed I was by the service that I received from Corpnet. I needed to form a corporation and called CorpNet because they offered free Resident Agent for the first year.
I originally spoke with Andrea and within about 10 minutes my application was finished. To my surprise within 24 hours my Articles of Incorporation along with my EIN number were e-mailed to me. I do not often write testimonial letters but after the great job that Andrea did I felt happy writing this. Andrea was friendly, courteous and extremely efficient and I would recommend CorpNet to anyone wanting to start a corporation. In addition, I had the pleasure of talking to Stephanie while Andrea was out to lunch and she also did a great job solving a problem for me.

I would like to share the excellent experience I have had with CorpNet. I was interested in setting up a LLC for my electronics repair company. After researching the documents\procedures required by my state, I realized I was over my head. I then investigated possible companies to assist me with the formation. Careful review indicated CorpNet as the best selection for my needs. I was going to use their online service, but had some questions regarding converting from sole proprietor & LLC. I called for assistance, and that’s when this company really shined! The lady I spoke with, Nellie Akalp, is very courteous & knowledgeable. She pointed out several things that could have caused me headaches in the future, and what how I could correct them. I was so pleased, I asked to speak to her supervisor, to relay the great experience the professionalism & friendliness of Nellie Akalp. She said that was not necessary, she was just pleased that she could assist me & to call her if I had any questions. That is the reason for this commentary.
P.S. I received correspondence from Nellie Akalp. She is the CEO of CorpNet!!!

I am so impressed with CorpNet! A friend and business partner had referred me to CorpNet. as I was needing information on if an LLC would be right for me? I was introduced to Amanda Beren, she is amazing! Not only is she knowledgeable about the products but so incredibly sweet. I never felt rushed to make a decision or pressured to purchase anything. Amanda took her time to really explain each question I had, until I understood and was clear on my choice. As an example; I wanted to know the differences between a LLC and a Non-profit. I talked with the Corp Net team at 11:00AM March 15th regarding forming my LLC, by next day 9 AM, I have already received all the documents via e-mail, and the actual documents are on their way. My experience with Corp Net is very pleasant and they have exceeded my expectation by doing everything they promised to do and more. Everyone I have talked with at Corp Net, including Stephanie, Amanda, Sara, and Nellie, the CEO, are all very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They truly are a great team! Forming LLC is easy with Corp Net. To cut down the start up cost, I tend to do everything myself, so initially I planned to form LLC myself. However, with 1st year registered agent service free of charge, Corp Net provides a superb value that is hard to ignore. In the end, it doesn’t make sense to not to use Corp Net’s services. This company is surprisingly good! I say this because a lot of companies make promises; this one delivers.
They did everything they said they would, and on time. The customer service department follows up to make sure you're happy and keeps you in the loop. They are very courteous, professional, and helpful. Kudos to Stephanie!
