Simply the best refinance experience EVER!!!!
I simply will not be able to say enough nice things in this review to truly make you understand just how amazing our experience with Josh Hanly at Crossline truly was.
We have tried to refinance three separate times prior to this with absolutely horrible results each and every time. We were mislead, lead astray, and flat out lied to so many times it's hard to remember them all. We also lost money to unscrupulous lenders who would promise results and then fail miserably.
Despite my wife's feelings that we should just give up as it wasn't meant to be I stubbornly decided to try one more time.
And then we met Josh. Josh immediately demonstrated a knowledge of the mortgage process but more importantly a clear understanding that he needed to earn our trust and he made it clear he would not ask us for anything (ie. money!) without first explaining every single detail and showing us exactly what he could do for us.
And our loan was NOT an easy one. We had an equity line, a ton of debt, a confusing situation involving a special permit from our town, and practically every other annoying little problem which could come up somehow came up and tried to blow up the whole process.
Despite all of the difficulties we brought to the table Josh handled it all in stride and for the first time ever made us feel like the loan rep we were talking to actually knew more than we did (the other people were just so stupid!) and that he was firmly in control every single second! Josh dealt with every problem, solved every dilemma, and he did it all in such a timely manner that despite the issues we closed our loan more than a week ahead of the schedule Josh had told us to expect!
I CANNOT recommend Crossline highly enough and will personally be telling everyone I know who owns a home to get off their butt's and give Josh Hanly a call!!!!

Kevin was fantastic!
Kevin Smith helped us with a refi under the HARP program and made everything very easy. All costs were explained clearly and in the end he had the best rates too. The process was smooth and he was in constant communication so we always felt taken care

WANT THE BEST, GO WITH CROSSLINE CAPITAL
I closed my refinance on May 21, 2013, and I just want to say I had tried to refinance with two other companies, (One Chase and another) and they would always have you pay 450. for the apprasial to drop the ball. Sam Carlson who helped me at Crossline
Capital, Inc. started the process and completed the entire process with me. He would call, text, email and followup with what was needed at the time. In the process he was always very kind, professional, and willing to answer all my questions and concerns.
Another great thing about Sam was that he picked up the phone right away, and if I left a message, he returned the call right awy. How many times does that happen? He actually cares about customer service and he returned calls after 7:00 pm to answer a concern
of mine. What more can I say, except he closed as my loan on time, (with days to spare) and I could not be happier. Thank you Crossline Capital to take the time to train your employees to treat the customer with respect. I will be referring plenty of family,
friends, and coworkers to Crossline. A+++++ Company.

We recently refinanced our home with Crossline Capital. Sunny Kelly walked us through the entire process and made herself available to us evenings and weekends so that none of the activities interfered with our work schedule. They even had a notary come
to our home in the evening to sign loan documents. I was very pleased with the entire process.

No cost loan with Chris Coble
I applied for a no cost RiFi loan thru email and was able to get the best service and response from Crossline Capital's Chris Coble. Chris provided top rate service and was very knowledgeable of what options and packages best fit my needs. The beauty this
no cost loan was that it was really no cost neither to me nor any added to the loan and the rate was what the other banks were offering with points added. We closed less than 3 weeks after the first email. Will be having my family contacting Chris to RiFi
their homes.

Responsive, efficient, great service
I have financed and refinanced 5 times in the past. When I started this round, I was initially concerned about doing this over long distance (I live in Portland Oregon). My agent Don Kelly was very responsive and super clear and concise in his email and
phone communication with me. The speed and quality of the information he provided put me at easy and was a deciding factor for me to give this a try. The process and system was very user friendly and always companied by step-by-step instructions that very
easy to follow. It turned out to be much easier and more efficient than what I had experienced before and much less stressful than what I had expected.

excellent experience
I worked with Greg Crownover at Crossline Capital and the loan process was extremely easy! I never needed to drive to there office for anything. There was very little paperwork to provide and the initial paperwork which needed to be signed was done over
the Internet. Everything was done over the Internet! He worked with me every step of the way and constantly kept me up to date. Keeps piece of mind when you know what's going on with your loan. We ran into a challenge on my end which took quite some time to
iron out, but Greg kept in contact and up to date on the latest rates and requirements. Once all the docs were ready, a notary was sent to my home, signed them and done! Greg and Crossline were very easy to work with and extremely quick and efficient! My friend

Great Service when it came to our ReFi!! Highly Recommend!
Hi! I've been working with Josh Hanly at Crossline Capital for the last month on our Re-Fi and he and his staff were extremely helpful and professional when it came to working with us! At first we didn't even know if our loan was a VA or not and he quickly
figured it out. Then he let us know how much money we needed to pull together to lower our monthtly mortgage payment by over $300! He even set up a mobile notary for us (we live in San Diego, 2 hours away from his office) so we didn't have to make the trip
to Orange County to Re-Fi. Highly recommend to anyone considering a Re-Fi! Timing is perfect right now to lock in great rates, too. I'm looking forward to doing another Re-Fi with him in the future (maybe when rates get lower, or if we want to shorten the
life of the loan).

This is to inform you that Mr Greg Crownover's performance as a loan officer was definitely a credit to your company. His attention to details is par excellent and the way he handles the account is way beyond expectation. He did bend over backwards to

Another successful, professioal and excellent service with Nicholas Morlok!
This is the second time I refinanced and dealt with Nick Morlok. I worked with Nick last year to refinance my first house after having failed twice with two different lenders (one was DLJ Financial- who was very UNknowledgeable)and ended up paying an appraisal
fee but was unsuccesful. But Nick made it all happen. Nick is very knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. This year, he made it happen again and just like last time, he was quick and yet very precise and knew what he was doing. He made the whole process
less stressful both times I dealt with him. He always kept me up to date as far as the status of my loan. The whole process took less than 2 weeks to close. He made sure that I wasn't going to pay for an appraisal unless my loan was pre-approved. I will definitely
recommend Crossline Capital and work with Nick Morlok to anyone who wants to refinance their loan!

Josh Hanly is a joy to work with
Josh Hanly is such a pleasure to work with that it's almost worth refinancing just to do business with him. Crossline offered a much better deal than the bank we had our mortgage with, and they are much more professional. Rates are so low right now that
it's crazy not to refinance, but doing it can be time-consuming, confusing, and painful. Not when you choose Crossline, especially if your rep is Josh Hanly. He'll hold you hand every step of the way, making the entire process easy and painless. Don't put
it off for another day--call Crossline and get your refi done right. We're saving hundreds of dollars every month now. I only wish I had contacted them sooner.
