Do not buy DNA wheels, customer service s---s.Sent me the wrong year wheels and have spent 1 month trying to return them.Had to call my credit card company to get credit.On the invoice it list my year bike 1996 and the wheels are for 2000 and up, and they seemed suprised they didn't fit

I would not do business with these people ever again. If you are a Harley guy wanting to get a good deal on wheels, do not fall in to this. I am that guy, and regretting every minute of it. I can't get a response from them, and when I do get someone on the line, they act like I'm out of line for calling and wondering where my 4 week overdue wheels are. Don't do it. Spend the extra couple hundred bucks, and get your wheels from someone who will actually talk to you, and ship your wheels in the "guaranteed" time frame. Trust me. Not worth it!!!

Well I Did just That ! The NEW TRIKE KIT or Roller was my Idea and I had Talked to Paul J,Choi back in the start of it all with the IDEA from 2005 to
2007 and would you believe the Product is out now on the Cover of the NEW 2010 Cat . front DNAsent me , well guess what "I Never Got what Paul J,Choi Agreed On From
my Idea " ,the Owners Son Paul J. Choi ok I have all the org. Drawings that were Dated back in 2005 to 2007 . Paul and I would Talk on the Phone for Hours on this IDEA He even sent me the Porto-Type Pics of the Roller Frame with My Swing arm on it and the Rear End on it That I explained how to build it .
Now Guess what Paul will not take mt Calls sales Staff have been very UGLY
To Me when I call and Ask for Paul J, Choi and yes I believe they are Crooked bunch there . Also when we use to Order Parts we would never get them on time could not get a shipping price for the units or parts
and were even charged 38 buck for bolts that were to come with the wheels we bought from Paul J, Choi and when I got the Bolts the Came from the Hardware store go figure .
Also for you that do not know but the Chrome on their Products is the Really Cheep stuff and it will rust pretty fast I have a New Springer on display
and has never been out side not on a Bike since Bought new from them and the Display is rusting and Nothing the sell fits just right like they say it does and they DO NOT KNOW MOTORCYCLES AT ALL ! and the Bike Kit with Motors are NOT Complete Kits Like they State No Bolts NO ELE. and No Motor ELE. Thing is not complete is it states .
I have Talked with the NHSB National HwY Safety Board in Wash.DC and DOT
and SAE on these matters o yea Look Out on the Wheels I do Not Care what they Say on a Spoke wheel use a Tube and a Tube Liner ya know so you do not get killed .
And the Parts that they Make even the MotorCycle Frames and Parts are all imports ok I found that out After Talking to my Friend at the US Customs Import office .
Hey Paul J Choi Please send me what we agreed on ok .
O and I read were someone was having problems with bill from DNA I know this Night Mare to well CROOKED! as Heck U have to Stay on them ..
And the Funny thing is were Legal Dealers
and if the Do there Dealers Like this Just think what they do to
the Little GUYS and Dolls out there in Bike Land
O yea and the Sales Gal Named Rina Hurtado well she is not so good to deal with and was pretty nasty when I called to Talk To Paul J, Choi She went OFF ON Me ! Hows that Song Go when you Come to CA .. hummm ...

Description of the Complaint:
There is a company - dna specialty inc. 1415 w. 178th st. Gardena ca, 90248 tel: (310) 767 - 4070 fax: (310) 767 - 4091 world wide toll: (800) 608 - 4446 making "sealed spoke wheels" for motorcycles so they run without tubes. The problem is, they are not being sealed correctly and leaking air!! not a huge deal for me... I just get home, have a flat, and am out all the money I spent on their bad product... But other people are having accidents and it is causing lots of problems. They say if you ship the wheels back they will fix them, the problem is, they are not being made right the first time, and in some cases, not being fixed when they are sent back! this guy could have lost his life: http://www.Hdforums.Com/forum/softail-models/483658-2nd-set-of-dna- wheels-leak-and-could-have-killed-me.Html please do something about this company. I have also reported them to the bbb, but that is not enough. These are motorcycle tires... We only have 2, and we need them both! these defective products could get someone killed.

WOW! I was doing business with this company for a long time and billing has always been a nightmare. You best keep very good records and you might be lucky to figure it out when they decide to bill you a year later for the 2nd time. The turn over of workers is crazy. Dirt wheels were cracking, spokes breaking, wheels egging. Get everything in writing before you do any transactions. Do not give your credit card to anyone there. Todd Straight Line Motorsports

I've Had nothing but great experiences with DNA specialty. They have a great product line with very competitive prices. My sales rep, Mike, has always given me excellent customer service and has gone above and beyond to ensure all orders arrive on time.

This company took my money sold me the incorrect item then failed to refund after I returned it, they still have my wheels. After all the calls and trying to be nice I found out that some employees feel bad about the way costumers are treated...This company is the worst I have ever dealt with and would never recommend them to anyone! I gave them every chance to make things right but they know they got you when they have your $$$$. Goes around....Comes around!

This company is horrible.. not only do they not take care of their customers. they will charge a customer's credit cards for orders that are not ready, and merchandise that they don't even have.
they can't even pay their employees on time!! let alone refund anything.
DNA Specialty,Inc. is too busy trying to figure out how to TAKE money from their customers. than getting what their customers purchased, to them. this company breaks many laws. i don't know how they have gotten away with it for so long
