Our company has been ordering business cards, greeting cards, stickers, you name it, from Uprinting for over 2 years now and we've never had a problem.
Their customer service is great, shipping is fast, costs are low while quality is high and now we even decided to offer their services to our clients.

I placed an order with Digital Room's alter ego Uprinting.com on Thursday morning early. On Thursday evening after looking at the first proof I canceled the job. I have called every day since (it is Tuesday now) asking for the payment to be canceled, each day I have spoken to different Customer Service people and none of them appear to care about anything. I have dealt with the accounting dept. this morning I was told by a manager that she could not help me and at 9:45am that no one is in accounting yet. I transfered all funds out of my bank account to stop payment, I received an email this morning from Paypal stating that they will resubmit for payment in 3 days. They are not canceling this order or this payment. Everyone that I have spoken to has no care for my problems.

Do NOT do business with this company, they make mistakes and hide behind their "online" presence, they do not take responsibility for their errors at all and their customer service people are RUDE and robotic. They lost half our order and now are not taking responsibility or giving us our money back.
I placed an order for a client that was wrong from the beginning. I called, they said upload by 5pm to get 2 day printing. I did, then they said, no we need 8-12 hours for a proof, even though I didn't need a proof, so we had to pay more for 1 day printing. Then, they created the proof in one hour -- so why did we pay extra twice? I picked the order up myself, it was for a very important event, we ran out of postcards at the event in fact, and couldn't figure out why. We thought perhaps we were just very busy!
Over a week later I get a voice message from UPrinting that they didn't give me half of the order -- 1000 postcards of the 2000 order!! I am livid. I have to go to my client who paid so much extra, not to mention all the back and forth phone calls I had to do with this company that are NOT BILLABLE. They wasted my time and my client's time and MONEY, and I only hope she doesn't hold me accountable for recommending such an incompetent and inconsiderate printing company.
They were so off balance with the color, they were green rather than tan on the back. Money is money in this economy, I'm sure she can use them for something even though she potentially missed out on up to 1000 new customers that we weren't able to give a postcard to.
I asked them for a full refund and to mail the rest of the postcards to my client and they said no, that it wasn't part of their contract or some nonsense. Excuse me? I paid extra for a service and a product that wasn't delivered.
I want a full refund and for my client to receive the rest of her postcards.
Horrible customer service. I've never experienced such awful people on the phone with such lack of emotion, such unwillingness to take responsibility, to help and to solve the problem and try to keep customers happy. This is THEIR ERROR -- THEY LOST HALF OUR ORDER and now will not give us a refund. Unbelievable. Let everyone know NOT to do business with this farce of a business.

I am now working with Digital Room aka Uprinting.com. So far, I am having a good experience. We will see what happens from now until we get our finished product.
Well, we got back our postcards from them a few months ago. We are higly satisfied and will be working with them to do more postcards and new business cards.

I guess if you don't take into account their customer service, their printing material is good. But customer services is rude and inconsidered.

Simply can't beat the price! For customers who are able to lay out their marketing pieces themselves with no assistance, this is a great deal. The quality is always fantastic and consistent. Turn around time is average, and if you do run into a problem with the upload or original design, don't expect much guidance or help form the customer service team.

FRAUD ALERT - AVOID!!!
Got quote from website for job. Uploaded artwork. Promised job to be ready in 4 days. I agreed to pick-up job at site. When I was ready to input for payment received invoice that was $40 more than quoted. In addition tax was added which was not included on the quote (I am out of state) When I called customer service they said thats the price, cannot do anything about it, and offered to give me 5% off as new customer (though their online survey gave me 10% but customer service failed to tell me about it). Dishonest way to obtain business.
