Driptite - FRANK CARTER SCAM ARTIST
Frank Carter and Driptite is nothing more than a SCAM. Check out all the reviews of this company and you will find customers who have paid this man and he has not delivered product.
A typical response from Frank is "I apologize for the delay, we had a hiccup with our new plastics supplier, but we've worked all the kinks out and there wont be any issues moving forward."
He took me for over $500 worth of these things and I can assure you that there are many more people who have been taken by this dude.
Buyer beware as nothing Frank says is the truth although I bet he is enjoying his oceanfront ca. home at your expense.

Order not received
I called the owner on May 1st and talked to him about the bad reviews I had read on the Internet. I should have went with my gut inclination and not ordered from this company. Frank assured me that the product would have no trouble shipping after his product was received on May 12th. I ordered 1 pan on May 9th and I am still waiting on June 4th. I called again today and he tells me it’s on BackOrder and to wait another week for delivery. He said he was not in the office or he would check my order-yeah right. This is after he said that the units were to be in on May 12th and shipped the 14th. I would say NOT to order from this company.

SCAM!!! Do not order from Driptite.Inc
I ordered a under kitchen sink tray. I received a washer tray I could not use. I called Frank Carter (Pres. Sales & Marketing) and returned the tray (wish I had kept it now). He said he would send out the correct item. He never did. Called Frank Carter again, he said it is now on back-order. I waited several months, no delivery. I contacted Frank again, and requested a refund. I had to send him an email requesting it, I did. I never received the item or a refund!!! I had waited to long to reverse payment on the purchase, and Paypal would not take action because of the time frame. This was over a year ago now and still no satisfaction, and his website continues to advertise out of stock but still accepting orders. DO NOT DO IT!!!! If this ever gets resolved I will update this review to reflect it. IT TRUELY IS A SCAM!!!!!!

SCAM, backorder date has been changed for the third time now, they don't reply on emails, paid with paypal. Don't buy if you don't want to loose your money

Reporting mixed results. The company was prompt with my order and I received a combo driptite pan immediately. And I'll say right now ... I think the pan is really really nice. However, when I placed it beneath my front loading washer and dryer I couldn't open the doors of the washer and dryer stands/pedestals. So, I can't get into the base stands, where I normally store laundry products.
I've tried contacting the company by email and phone but have not received any responses what so ever. No reply to phone calls or phone messages or email.
So, if your lucky enough to get a pan that works for you thats great. I think the product is nice but I think the company should work on customer service for when things go wrong.
I rate the product 5 stars and the company itself a 1 star ... so the average I guess is 3 stars.
