What A Great Company!
We were losing too many sales by not accepting credit cards so I contacted Nathan at Durango to see if he could get us setup for credit card processing asap. Nathan couldn't have possibly been more helpful making the application process go smoothly and
had us up and running in two days. The very first day we were up and running we made sales that we would have lost without the help of Nathan and Durango and received an e-mail by the end of the day that our sales had been settled. I couldn't possibly ask

Durango - Great Company
After wrongly being terminated by a previous processor for swearing at their customer service rep. I contacted Brad. He was great to work with. After explaining the situation he made no promises other than to investigate and see if he could help. Within
three day I was approved, setup and running cards. Highly recommended!

Excellent Service
I used Durango Merchant Services to set up the merchant account for my e-commerce site at: http://WardianCaseTerrarium.com.
The application process was friendly and painless! I got good, friendly service from the Durango rep I dealt with. After a few days my application was accepted and it was easy to set up and test my shopping cart before going "live".
My experience was positive all round.

Great to work with!
When I was looking for a Merchant Service company I literally stumbled upon Durango, and it was the best thing happening to me. My company was somewhat hard to place at the time but Brad made it all happen for us. His customer service and constant follow up made it a pleasure to work with him and his team. Durango Merchant Services Is a great company
Our company attempted to get a merchant account through 26 merchant providers, 100% of them said they could get our company started. It never happened at all, not even close. Our company put one call into Mr. Brad Jess and after two day's the company was approved and we were able to process successfully in 24 hours later.

This is our second time we used Durango/Brad Jess and it's been a great experience each time. They have always gave us quick responses to our question and no maintenance was required because they did the job right the first time. We also received great rates.

Great Company To Work With.
I have worked with multiple merchant service providers in the past, and looking back, I wish I had come across Durango direct from day one. They are by far the best company to work with. My sales rep, Nathan Counley, was always available, always followed up, and consistently ensured that I knew exactly what was going on during each step of the set up process. Getting a hold of him was always incredibly easy, and if unavailable, he always got back in touch with me within the hour. The service was always very personable and I never had to sit on hold while listening to a transformer give options as to what number to press next. I strongly recommend this company

Raves About Service Received From Durango Direct
We recently worked with Brad Jesse with Durango Merchant Services in setting up a merchant account.
We are a small company and in the “difficult to place” category. We worked with a number of different companies in trying to find the right fit for our company. While others were unable to get us set up for credit card processing, Brad worked with us almost a month and finally got the job done.

Outstanding Customer Service and Dedication!
As a start-up, we were faced with many challenges when it came to launching the company. While we knew obtaining a merchant account would be difficult, we didn't realize it would be nearly impossible. We had two things working against us: 1) we are a precious metals company and 2) we sell via a long-term subscription model. Banks do not like working with precious metals companies nor do they like subscription models. We were turned down by many banks before we found Durango. We found a company that cared about getting its customers approved and they worked relentlessly until it happened! I highly recommend letting Durango take a look at your situation to see what they can do for you. They will be honest about your prospects and options and will fight for you until the end!!

Here it is only 4 days from Christmas, and I had some questions for Durango. Excellent company
I manage several e-commerce websites, and I have used Durango for around 9 months now.
Their conditions and pricing are very competitive, and they are open to examine any kind of risk profile with regard to credit history or type of goods sold online.
They also have a truly excellent customer service, with account managers that are really willing to help you succeed in your business. I have made quite a lot of inquiries (some of them unusual), and they always answered in a very professional way, with a real dedication to help you solve your problem.
This company is highly recommended for online merchants, especially if you hate the red tape and hassle of many other CC processors.

Durango Merchant has given us 110% from the moment we found their company. When we first started our business we were turned down by other merchant services because of the type of business we have. They have also helped us during our companies growth. The hurdles that we've had to overcome as a business have been made easier by their level of expertise and effort. Durango Merchant Service, LLC has been a huge part of our success at GS Labs, Inc. They really understand our line of business and have helped us where no other company could. We contacted close to 10 other merchant company's, most did not even return our call, or if they did, they had no idea how to work with a company in our field.
