Absolutely the Best Thing I have ever Owned
To whom it may concern: I bought my therapy pool back in October of 2008 and I have been using the pool 50-60 minutes every morning since then. I find it equal to any type of exercise I engaged in at the WMCA pools. It is absolutely the best thing I have ever owned.
I was also pleased with your exceptional customer service, patiently answering my emails asking for help.

Great After Sale Customer Support
I have had my pool over two years now and email customer care with a problem with my pump/heater. I got back the same day, over the Christmas break, very detailed email walking me through the details on how to trouble-shoot the problem. Thanks so much for the detailed instructions. I didn't have to try it because it finally cleared itself. You guys are terrific! Thanks again. TY

The owner of EZ Pools, Ted Gillebaard, came to my home and answered all my questions about his EZ Therapy Pool. He even measured my backyard to verify that it would fit. Based on his highly informative visit I chose to buy. Weeks later he brought his two young sons and his young daughter to my home to install my EZ Therapy Pool. I enjoyed watching them work together and laugh together installing my pool. A wonderful man and a wonderful family! My granddaughter and I have been using the pool at least once a day since it was installed. I should mention that folding back the pool cover is difficult for me. I'm trying to find a better solution for this problem. Nonetheless, there is no doubt that this pool will make a big change in my health and fitness.

I love! The therapy pool, took awhile, to get it heated to the temp I needed when we first filled it, As we figured it would, we live in michigan. I have been using the pool, at least every other day, My dystonia is progressing, So, hard to get up ladder. We took pic's of set-up. & hubby, started framing it with wood, and will be adding stairs w/ rail, than finishing it off w/ cedar boards. Took pic of frame and will take pics as he finishes it, I can't wait, I no it will be beautiful and much easier to get into. When he's done, will do the video of me. My odd postures of movement on ground and getting into pool & show how much movement freedom I have in the therapy pool. Truly amazing , I have my own excersice routine. The freedom I have in the pool is priceless, for I can't do any of those movements on ground. Sorry, it's taking so long to get the video, testimony to you! Hubby's on a roll so should be soon. I'm still debating the blog thing, I've had to cut back on my support groups, I can only type w/ 1-finger, my right hand is getting worse so I can only type for a short while before my hand and fingers curl inwards. The aqua therapy helps keep my joints from locking up and I believe help pro-long my full time use of my elec wheel chair. The therapy pool, helps , but, wouldn't show , how much it helps me w/ movement on ground. I have a rare type of dystonia Torsion dystonia w/ parkinsonism, 2yrs 3-months, Whole body affected-3-5yrs most become bed-ridden, I plan on being the exception, and truly believe the therapy pool will help me achieve that. Still working w/DMRF, recycled crafts for research and lots of hand-outs for awareness, so the time I can use my hands I try to work on crafts, as keeping creative and having a purpose is just as importnt as the therapy pool. My daughter is 16 plays guitar and has written and copyrighted 5-songs she has played at 2-cancer benefits, And was sked to lead a teen talent event at founder's weekend. There is muscisian dystonia as well task specific. She doesn't have it Thank-goodnes. But, DMRF supplied her w/ (Musician dystonia tri-fold cards to attach to wood necklaces w/ her favorite saying (Music is Life). They will sell them at founder's and send pic's and money raised to dystonia medical research foundation. As musician and yip's dystonia (Golfer's can get) will be the 1st ones the'll find cures for. I'm rammbling! Anyway I should have video, pic's, photo's to send you soon. And I'll see about the blog and let you no! Thank You so much!!! Oh, yes, I have told my friends your comp. makes large pools for out-side, I recommended your site and told them they can't beat the price or service. I love the fact that we don't have to use chlorine, chemicals.

Thought you might like to know that thanks to your timely return of our pool, I was able to enjoy it for my vacation as planned. Our pool seems to be working fine now. The small leak has stopped with the application of petroleum jelly. We also received your free gift of the pool float toy - that was very considerate of you - and my friend's kids will enjoy it. I really appreciate your excellent customer service; and even with our initial problems, you've been very helpful.

As I was saying, we love the pool and what it has done for our family. My youngest son is autistic and did not interact much with his siblings. He also has anxiety problems that caused self injuring behavior. He cried a lot and we had a hard time soothing him. He loves the water, so his therapist recommended we try connecting with him while he was in the water. Purchasing this pool was really a turning point for my son. He was so happy when he was in the pool, we interacted as a family and most of the negative behaviors were minimal. We spent hours on the pool, sometime till very late at night. We must have a pool for him in the summer because school is out and he would have too much feel time which may cause those negative behaviors to appear. Thank you, so much for being helpful and understanding in getting us a new larger and deeper pool for this fast approaching summer. Mishaun

My name is Frank De Maio and I had to write to you ,something I rarely do ,to let you know how the Therapy Pool I bought from you has CHANGED my life !
After hurting my back while I was painting my house I had surgery which unfortunately went very badly and became infected and worse than that the infection went un-diagnosed for months ! By the time I was finally put into a hospital the infection had eaten my spine in two .
The pain was horrendous! I could not even lay flat and slept on a chair for over a year !
When the infection cleared after 1 month in the hospital and 4 months of home nursing I was sent to water
therapy and finally found some relief.
The relief was short lived because the therapy lasted only an hour, so I had an idea to look into a home
therapy pool, not knowing if they even existed .
I went on the Internet and searched and came across EZ POOL and I have to say it was one of the best things I have ever done for myself! I stay in my pool for hours just floating around ,watching TV !
When I finally do get out, I feel so much better that I can actually sit and be comfortable instead of in constant pain!
I tell everyone that the reason I think it is so great is because I feel like my spine has been decompressed
as soon as i hit the hot water and start floating !!
I`m not sure how you would do it but if this letter can be put on your web site please feel free to do so and even put my e:mail address for anyone that might have questions.

This letter is to share our experience with Really EZ Pools. We purchased the pool through the on-line website in April 08 and the pool was delivered and installed before the beginning of the summer. We live in South Western Ontario Canada. The on-line purchase – border crossing – and delivery to our home went without a hitch.
After doing my research I selected this brand because of the quality of the product. For example the strength of the vinyl -the high quality of the steel- and the capabilities of the pump were unmatched in any other product. I wanted the quality and convenience of a “very expensive” pool without the high cost because we have boys who we knew would put the pool through its paces.
We enjoyed our pool throughout the season last year. In fact we held our family picnic at our house this year for the first time ever just because we had the pool for all the cousins to enjoy on such a hot day.
We winterized the pool in the fall and it has withstood one of the snowiest and blustery winters in Ontario. We are just in the process now of opening the pool for the spring and are installing a heater so that we can enjoy our really EZ pool for an even longer season this year.
I highly recommend the product for those with limited space in their yards and who want an easy to install and maintain pool of the highest quality.

I have arthritis and water aerobics is the only exercise I can do. The EZ Pool is the perfect size and depth. I jog in place, swim across or swim in place as well as do water weights and stretches. Plus I keep the water 102 degrees! I have the ozonator so do not have to use chlorine-my skin thanks you! I use my pool every evening, and my mobility and pain have greatly been reduced. It's great, too, to sit in a float chair and look at the stars. The pump is powerful enough that it's almost a Jacuzzi. My workout includes using the jet on my feet, lower back, and hips. I've stopped the Celebrex and other medications.
I have practically no yard so there was no room for an in-ground pool. I looked at swim spas, which were much too shallow and way more expensive. The Water Well wasn't long enough to swim in. The EZ Pool was a great price and meets all my needs. I've never had a pool, so I had lots and lots of questions and confusions. Customer Service is great. They answer my emails within hours and helped me work through a problem with the pump. Patient people! I love my pool and have recommended it to friends.

I live in Germany. I found my pool online through website. It was very informative and very good information. I emailed and spoke with many people. Everyone response was quick, friendly and answered all my questions. I was led to this BBB thing from the company, we having something similar here through the Bungerstaadt. What I am most amazed with is they helped me many months after the sale. I need a small part that I could not find anywhere I looked here. They sent the part for free. Wunderful company to work with.

As a promise to Simon I am writing this. I sent some pictures of my therapy pool. I love it. It was easy to set up, fairly easy to maintain and stays the perfect temperature for morning laps!! And best of all, it is portable. As I told you, we live on a military base and my husband gets transferred around (I am hoping to stay here for a few years). So when he gets transferred I can take my pool with me. Simon you've been great thanks also to everybody at EZ Pools for answering all my many, many questions. Cheers. Becky

Amy and I are so happy with our experience with EZ Pools and with Simon, that we felt we wanted to tell the world. Not only have we bought two pools from EZ Pools, but we have gone to great lengths to document (via pictures and video) our experience and complete satisfaction with our "Really EZ Pools" and with Simon (specifically). We have provided EZ Pools with over 50 pictures and 20 videos. We love our pools (one inside and one outside) - we live in Colorado, so having a pool outdoors is not very practical. So during the spring and summer we go outdoors. During fall and winter, we go indoors. They have been great. We went with a black pool outdoors (I highly recommend going black if you have access to sunlight for most of the day). And EZ Pools are the only ones with a black portable pool. Great company, great product, happy, happy, happy.

I have been in back pain for most of my adult life. Though I have been happy with doing therapy at my local pool, they recently closed it forcing me to seek therapy somewhere else. My brother-in-law had therapy pool from EZ Pools and I tried it out on a recent trip to his home. No further information was needed. I bought online and received the same package my sister had. I am writing because I had several issues with the install that were different from what my brother-in-law had gone through. I am not a patient man ( 30 years of pain will do that to you) and found the girl at EZ Pools a bit of a struggle to understand. But she was patient with me and determined to answer all my questions (even if some of them she did not know right away). I did get everything worked out and as a promise to her, I am posting this review.
I do not think I have the patience to deal with some one like me, so I admire some one that does. Thank you EZ Pools for giving me the answers I was looking for. The pool is great.

I LOVE my Really EZ Pool !! I ordered a 6X12, wanting it to 'tuck in' to a specific area in my yard, and it fits perfectly. The setup seemed daunting at first, but we just followed it step-by-step and we had no problems. Friends were amazed that we had it all set up so quickly! The Customer Care has been terrific (they've responded to my emails within only a few hours!). We've had the pool set up for 2 months now, and I've used it all but 3 of those days. It's incredibly relaxing after my 12-hour work shift. I use the ezSwimMill daily... I love getting into the rhythm of the stroke without worrying about 'how far to the end of the pool' or about my 'turnaround'. The SwimMill is simple to use and very effective, and I like that it tucks neatly out of sight and doesn't stick up out of the pool. I am a very happy Really EZ Pools customer!

I didn't buy an EZ Pool, but I wish I had. I bought a 16' round Aquablue pool from another retailer online last year. The price was the main reason we went that way. When I went to set it up this year, we noticed several parts were cracked and about to break. We sent an email to the online retailer and he said we needed to call the manufacturer. Come to find out they are out of business. The retailer would not return my emails or phone calls after that. Having read EZ Pool's history, I thought to ask them for advice. I called, spoke with Simon and he confirmed that the maker of our Aquablue went out of business in 2004 and that the retailer we bought it from knew that. Simon told us any chance of help from the other retailer would be a crap shoot. Of course, I already knew that. But I still needed to replace my bad parts. Simon told me about the relationship with the maker of the Aquablue, Legacy Pool and the old KD Pool. That the parts are interchangeable. He directed me to eBay and sure enough I found a guy with extra parts for sale. Simon really saved the day for us and I just wanted to return the favor. I can't speak for their products, but I can certainly attest to their customer service.

I need water therapy daily, but the availability of deep warm water in my area is scarce. I was very pleased to find EZ Pools and quickly ordered their 60" deep one-person therapy pool. It took a little while to get eveything the way I want it (ramp, outdoor setting, etc...), but I now have my own therapy pool to use when I need and as often as I need - without driving or waiting in line. I have owned a spa for years, and though I would not knock the benefits a spa offers, I will tell you this - it did nothing for me with regards to exercise, stretching and over all movement therapy. This pool has done wonders for me.

Having our own pool has saved us so much money wasted on fees and time to go to the YMCA and also cost of GAS! It is also clean and I don’t have to put up with so many characters at the YCMA that are not senior citizen friendly ( I don’t know why – maybe because I can swim faster –males?)..ha,ha,ha...
Shipping was a little messed up, but EZ Pools made sure I had everything and sent me whatever parts I needed overnight. Trucking company admitted they messed up, but EZ Pools took care of me :-)
Thank you EZ Pools for everything. I love my pool. Would recommend and have already done so!

I was very nervous buying such a large item on the internet - especially since my husband and I are not handy. But we could not find what we wanted anywhere else. We purchased and were surprised how fast it did go up. But what really impressed me is, two years later they remembered me and even sent me some parts for free. Now that's customer service. I've since bought many accessories from them, and each case I have found them to be trust-worthy, helpful and very knowledgeable. It has been a surprising treat to deal with them. I can recommend them to anybody looking for a pool.

ReallyEZPools not only has quality customer service, but outstanding customer service. We purchased an EZ pool in 2005. When we started assembly, we were missing a couple of parts. I contacted them by phone, and within a couple of days the missing parts arrived at my door. I was very impressed with their courteous customer service and the speed in which the parts arrived!
The rest of the 2005 swimming season was excellent!
In June 2006, we again started to set-up the pool, anticipating another flawless swimming season, yet disaster struck. While it was stored, a rat had chewed a hole in the liner. To add complexity to the issue, we had planned a summer party for the 4th of July weekend (only 4 days away). My daughter was crushed!
I emailed EZ pools and sent some photos along with an explanation of what happened. Within a few minutes, I received an email from them telling me what I had to do. I conveyed to him the importance of getting the poolfixed by the weekend (2 days away).
After a couple of emails and phone calls, they helped us to fix the problem (they even sent us some extra material at no charge to us). The pool was reapired, up and filling the day before the birthday party. Our 4th of July party was saved thanks to the excellent customer service of ReallyEZPools!
Thank you to all of the staff of ReallyEZPools. You have a customer for life.
