I didn't buy an EZ Pool, but I wish I had. I bought a 16' round Aquablue pool from another retailer online last year. The price was the main reason we went that way. When I went to set it up this year, we noticed several parts were cracked and about to break. We sent an email to the online retailer and he said we needed to call the manufacturer. Come to find out they are out of business. The retailer would not return my emails or phone calls after that. Having read EZ Pool's history, I thought to ask them for advice. I called, spoke with Simon and he confirmed that the maker of our Aquablue went out of business in 2004 and that the retailer we bought it from knew that. Simon told us any chance of help from the other retailer would be a crap shoot. Of course, I already knew that. But I still needed to replace my bad parts. Simon told me about the relationship with the maker of the Aquablue, Legacy Pool and the old KD Pool. That the parts are interchangeable. He directed me to eBay and sure enough I found a guy with extra parts for sale. Simon really saved the day for us and I just wanted to return the favor. I can't speak for their products, but I can certainly attest to their customer service.

I need water therapy daily, but the availability of deep warm water in my area is scarce. I was very pleased to find EZ Pools and quickly ordered their 60" deep one-person therapy pool. It took a little while to get eveything the way I want it (ramp, outdoor setting, etc...), but I now have my own therapy pool to use when I need and as often as I need - without driving or waiting in line. I have owned a spa for years, and though I would not knock the benefits a spa offers, I will tell you this - it did nothing for me with regards to exercise, stretching and over all movement therapy. This pool has done wonders for me.

We are doing well, the pool is working out great - correct that, the pool is working phenomenaliy!! It has been nonstop since our opening day. I was hoping that you would be checking our "What's New" section on our website (http://www.aberdeenaquaholics.com) to see how wonderful your 20' x 75' long lap pool has made our swimmers. We have a swimmer currently in Florida who qualified for Junior Nationals (after on 4 months of training I our really ez pool) and among our current four official members, 10 state records at our state met several weeks ago. We broken so many records so fast, that everybody is inquiring about how we've done it. And each time we tell them, it's because of really ez pool. Thanks for all the patience, help and support.

Thank you Simon for the helpful information. It is nice to know that a year later I am still remembered. As you requested her is our testimony.
My husband and I both wanted a pool. We first thought of an in-ground, but found the cost to be not even close to what we had in mind. So then we looked at metal-sided pools (my husband and I are both from the NorthEast and grew up having a metal-sided pool). But the shapes were not able to work where we wanted to place the pool. The we started to look into portable pools. We looked at Splash, Tuff-Pool and KD. But they were either too expensive or did not work within are pool site area. Then we found Arthur's Pools. He claimed that they could make any size and that sound great. But then I found out they were coming from Korea, and the customer pool could take as much as 2-3 months. By the time we would have gotten the pool, the summer would have been over.
When we Googled Arthur's Pools, we found this online dispute between Arthur's and Really EZ Pools. So we started to check out EZ Pools. I was shocked to find out that they were able to provide us with the pool size we wanted and in less than two weeks. They gave a great price (better than everybody else) and were very knowledgeable about portable pools in general. But the main reason why I am writing this, is because one of the very best deciding factors for going with EZ Pool was because they are a member of the Better Business Bureau.
So now, a year later, I call up Simon and ask for advice on chlorine alternatives. Thirty minutes he spent with me over the phone about the choices out there. I am not sure what exactly we are going to do, but I can assure you this, if I have any questions our doubts, I'll call EZ Pools first.

We are the Rudi family and we purchased our therapy pool in late 2006 and have enjoyed the therapy pool and enjoy showing it to visitors who come to our home. Your pool was the only one we could find to meet our needs of being both very affordable and very durable. We live in Michigan so the size of the pool was perfect for setting up indoors so that we can use the pool year round. Several of our children have mobility issues so the pool is perfect for them to enjoy and allows them to get exercise. Specifically, our ten year old son Maxwell has problems in his hips and feet so swimming is his only outlet for exercise. He is like a fish spending as much as two hours a day in the pool and he looks forward to his daily swim.
We are writing this now as we have been amazed at the customer care we received from EZ Pools. Our heater just died. We sent it to them and they repaired and replaced all the parts and charged us zero. Almost three years later and they still took care of us. We are very happy and very pleased with our smart decision. Thank you for helping us keep our kids healthy and happy.

Having our own pool has saved us so much money wasted on fees and time to go to the YMCA and also cost of GAS! It is also clean and I don’t have to put up with so many characters at the YCMA that are not senior citizen friendly ( I don’t know why – maybe because I can swim faster –males?)..ha,ha,ha...
Shipping was a little messed up, but EZ Pools made sure I had everything and sent me whatever parts I needed overnight. Trucking company admitted they messed up, but EZ Pools took care of me :-)
Thank you EZ Pools for everything. I love my pool. Would recommend and have already done so!

I was very nervous buying such a large item on the internet - especially since my husband and I are not handy. But we could not find what we wanted anywhere else. We purchased and were surprised how fast it did go up. But what really impressed me is, two years later they remembered me and even sent me some parts for free. Now that's customer service. I've since bought many accessories from them, and each case I have found them to be trust-worthy, helpful and very knowledgeable. It has been a surprising treat to deal with them. I can recommend them to anybody looking for a pool.

ReallyEZPools not only has quality customer service, but outstanding customer service. We purchased an EZ pool in 2005. When we started assembly, we were missing a couple of parts. I contacted them by phone, and within a couple of days the missing parts arrived at my door. I was very impressed with their courteous customer service and the speed in which the parts arrived!
The rest of the 2005 swimming season was excellent!
In June 2006, we again started to set-up the pool, anticipating another flawless swimming season, yet disaster struck. While it was stored, a rat had chewed a hole in the liner. To add complexity to the issue, we had planned a summer party for the 4th of July weekend (only 4 days away). My daughter was crushed!
I emailed EZ pools and sent some photos along with an explanation of what happened. Within a few minutes, I received an email from them telling me what I had to do. I conveyed to him the importance of getting the poolfixed by the weekend (2 days away).
After a couple of emails and phone calls, they helped us to fix the problem (they even sent us some extra material at no charge to us). The pool was reapired, up and filling the day before the birthday party. Our 4th of July party was saved thanks to the excellent customer service of ReallyEZPools!

I have always wanted a swimming pool, but I have a very small backyard and it would have cost me a fortune to put in an in-ground pool. Last year I discovered portable lap pools on the internet and after a great deal of research and a great deal of help from your company, I ordered one through you.
We set the pool up on my driveway (as in the picture) and my family and I LOVED it. We swam in it every day and it was the talk of the neighborhood. My husband used it daily as therapy for his lower back problem and we only wish we could have had it up year round, but with winters like they are in Buffalo, that's just not possible. Fortunately it was easy to take down and store for the winter and we are getting ready to put it up again for more enjoyment this summer.
I would recommend an EZ pool to anyone.
