I reached out to Elite to schedule an onsite estimate for moving services. I had chosen to reach out to Elite based on the great feedback I read about them. Unfortunately, I am living in a state outside of the coverage area. However, I was blown away by the customer service given to me by this company. I spoke with Gilli (sp?) and she was incredibly helpful with advice. After she already knew I would not be able to use Elite she did not rush to get me off the phone but rather spent some time giving me tips on finding a good moving company and also offered for me to call back if I had other questions. I am bummed that I will not be able to use them for my move but based on the exceptional level of customer service I would highly recommend them and will definitely plan on using them for future moves if I am within their coverage area. High customer service is not always the norm these days so thanks, it was refreshing!

I wanted to thank you for the excellent service I received from John and Jorge during my move. As you know, it was a complex move with a furniture pick up in the Valley prior to picking up the furniture at my former apartment and moving it across town to my new apartment. The elevator at my new place was also a challenge. We had to wait for over 30 minutes while the service tech went back to his office to get the "right" key to lock down the elevator. The tenets using the laundry room also "borrowed" our elevator on several occasions and we had to find it and retrieve it, adding to the challenge. All before making a final stop to drop off the refrigerator at my parent's house in the San Gabriel Valley -- an extremely full agenda that could not have been accomplished without speed and professionalism. John and Jorge worked quickly and tirelessly through it all and put in a truly amazing day of work with no losses and no breakage and at a reasonable and affordable price. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Gilli, thanks to you also for coordinating it all for me. I am deeply appreciative and will recommend Elite Moving and Storage to anyone looking for a referral.

Do not use this company!
When Elite moved us from Los Angeles to Miami they damage many items, refused to assemble furniture that they had disassembled, refused to move furniture into the rooms we requested that the furniture be moved or would not move furniture to the location in the room as requested. In fact, one bookshelf was upside down. To make matters worse, Elite left trash in our apartment. Shockingly, they stated that they would charge us an additional $600 for these services; services for which we had contracted and already paid. Furthermore, Elite, despite refusing to assemble and move furniture, insisted that I sign the Bill of Lading and would not leave my apartment without attaining my signature on that Bill of Lading.
Elite's agents were unprofessional and very difficult to work with. Simply put, they were rude. Furthermore, Elite agreed to move our property with reasonable dispatch, but instead waited one week to start to move our property. As we awaited delivery of our property for over three weeks, Elite did not provide updates on the status of the move. In fact, when they delivered our property, they gave us approximately 35 minutes notice that they would arrive with our property.
To no avail, I made multiple attempts to informally resolve these issues with Elite. I provided Elite with pictures and spoke with Gillee from Elite who assured me that they would make things right. They never did.
Overall, our experience is not what we expected from a Better Business Bureau "A rated company." This is disappointing to us as we paid substantially more for Elite's services in order to avoid the problems that occurred in this move. Indeed, we received quotes for moving services for over $1000 less than what we paid.

I have had the pleasure of using Elite Moving and Storage for moves each Year for four years.
The booking process on the telephone or via e-mail has been pleasure.
My requests were answered in one day, sometimes within the hour.
Gilli, the person I have had as my contact has been friendly, professional and informative.
The day before the move I have received calls to confirm both time and
Locations. The day of the move the men have arrived on time or early, again
With a telephone call to confirm that they were on route, they have provided
Extra packing materials when I run out (or underestimated). The men wrapped
Everything so carefully that in 4 moves we have never had so much as a chip on anything. They assemble our beds in minutes, help move up and down steep
Stairs, and never so much as “sigh” at the work (thank you Norman and
Francisco and Nato).
The paperwork has been clearly explained, so that at the end we all agree on
What was moved, and how long it took for the process.
They can take credit cards onsite, so even the payment process was easy.
I might add that their prices were under all estimates we got from other movers.
This company has made moving (not a fun day) as painless as possible.
We HIGHLY recommend them to anyone requiring movers.

I wanted to post a follow up review because we were forced to put our possessions in storage - some of them quite expensive pieces of furniture - since our 2 escrow closings did not coincide.
I'm delighted to report that
(a) Elite was incredibly forgiving with regards to the fee for storage (knowing that we had to pay for temporary housing as well and
(b) our furniture and other belongings were returned in pristine condition. The team were patient with furniture placement (and re-placement) wsince it took a couple of attempts to get certain items in satisfactory layouts.
the move in was quick and efficient as well.
I would highly recommend Elite as a moving company.

I recently contracted with Elite Moving and Storage to move out of a 3 floor large private home and into storage, since our other escrow had not yet closed. Their estimator, Ton,y spent some time at our home meticulously inspecting our furniture and belongings before coming to an estimate that we thought was very fair. He was also helpful in terms of telling us what could be left for the movers to wrap or pack on the day of the move.
Moving out of a big home is always stressful, no matter how organized and prepared you think you are. The Elite "team of 8" showed up with smiles on their faces and I must confess after almost 9 very long hours, they were still smiling. Several of our custom pieces of furniture intially challenged them, but a solution as to how to carefully move each piece was formulated on the spot. Great care was take when moving some valuable art and a piano and pool table. The group were incredibly fast and efficient and I felt that their teamwork saved us additional exhausting hours. They were quiet, extremely organized and respectful.
I'm sure I will post another review once we move our things our of storage and into our new home. Knowing that the Elite team will again be helping us makes me significantly less stressed about "move in" day. Knowing our belongings are safely in their storage area also gives us peace of mind. I would highly recommend this moving service.

My experience with Elite was great, from the initial saleperson's contact, to the movers, clerical/admin. personnel, to the drivers. In sum, they have great service with very reasonable prices.
I would use them again without hesitation, on a short or across country move. I definitely recommend them.

I have moved many, many times in my life. My recent move with Elite Moving and Storage has to rank up there as the very best moving experience I have had. Gili, in the office, was always polite and informative. The men who showed up (on time) were professional and very, very efficient. From the moment they got to my place, they went right to work and had me packed up and loaded on the van in a lot less time than I had expected. My bed, from IKEA, needed disassembling to move and this was accomplished with dispatch; the rebuild at the other end was even faster.
You hear horror stories about the movers taking forever to drive to your new location; not these guys from Elite. I moved 38 miles down one of the busiest freeways in the US and barely beat them to my new apartment.
The final bill was less than we had originally estimated and a LOT less than I had feared.
Everything about this move with Elite was positive – the speed and efficiency with which it was accomplished, the friendly, courteous movers and the attention to detail that was demonstrated from my first phone call to Elite. I cannot recommend this company highly enough but you might understand how impressed I was when I say that I have another, and much bigger, moving job coming up in a month or two and Elite will be handling the job for me.

To Whom It May Concern:
My family & I moved from West Los Angeles to Big Bear Lake, CA at the end of September 2009. While we have moved several times before, this was a big move for us, so we called several moving companies and got six different estimates. Four came to the house to do an inventory and two were phone estimates only. Two nationally known moving companies sent out estimators, and the two other companies sent out estimator/movers. The phone estimates were lower, but we felt they were fishy and discounted them. The “Big Name” movers were really overpriced, so that left Elite Moving and Storage and another company.
There was no contest! In the end, Elite Moving and Storage did all the packing and the move for us for less than any other bids by over $1,000 and it was obvious that Tony the Estimator/Manager of the move knew exactly what he was talking about. He answered all of our questions and quelled our fears. Even Gilli, the office person was warm and helpful.
They day prior to the move, Tony, William, Nato & Francisco arrived on time to pack up most of our belongs and pack them onto the truck. They were fast and labeled all the boxes, which made unpacking a breeze. The day of the move, Tony came back with Francisco and Nato and they packed our beds and any straggling items onto the truck and we all headed to Big Bear Lake.
When we arrived, the men unpacked the truck, set up the beds, opened all the crates, and even shuffled some items around for us more than once. They were fast, and very nice. My 3 ½ year old even trailed Tony around during most of the unpacking and while he set up her bed and unpacked her furniture. He was very kind to her!
The best part is that not one item was broken on a 28 ft. truck that was packed floor to ceiling. The service was really top notch and the price was by far the best.
We highly recommend Elite Moving and Storage for any move. They are dependable and we will use them again.

I wanted to let you know it was a pleasure working with Eliite from start to finish. I had to do a small but very personally valuable move from Los Angeles to Boston Massachusetts. My move contained family heirlooms and a pool table. I was very concerned about moving it across country. I had met with Tony the appraiser and felt very comfortable using your company. He was very professional and personable. I was also very much at ease after speaking with you. What I really likes is there was no hidden fees. My quote was the quote.
Once I confirmed the move date, with you. it really rolled very smoothly. Everything was just as you said. No problems. The men who packed us up in LA, were excellent! My Grandmother said "they packed like everything it was diamonds" We felt great about the cross country trip. Once They arrived in MA, I received a phone call from the guys who were going to deliver. They were on time too. The delivery was very easy as well. They again were very professional and personable. Two qualities that I like. Overall I felt Elite was a great company to move with and if necessary I would use them again.
Finally there are so many moving choices and I did look at quite a few companies to do this move for us. I felt most comfortable with Elite.
Their pricing was very competitive as well. Pricing was not my key decision, I had very valuable merchandise to be moved across country.
Getting it there perfectly was my main concern. Elite put that to rest.
