I accidentally ordered the wrong thing, and when I called to fix the problem – the guy on the phone went out of his way to make my life as easy as possible, including telling me how to re-order in such a way that it saved me money (and time).
The product (both the initial order and the replacement) came very quickly (quicker than the website says). I’ve added this company to my favorites – and will use only them for similar needs in the future…

Great Service!
I needed spare inner tubes for my son's 24 inch road bike but could not find any online bike retailer who sold them. After further research I discovered that this is a common size for wheelchair tires. Enable Your Life had suitable tubes in stock at a reasonable price and shipped promptly.

After searching many sites, I stumbled upon Enable Your Life and I am glad I did. Here is why: I ordered a new seat for my parent and had it shipped directly to their address, but they never received it. FedEx claims to have delivered it and was reluctant to help resolve the issue. However, the rep from Enable Your Life did not waste any time; he investigated the issue and then resolved it by shipping us a new cushion. The dedication to customer service is impeccable and appreciated. Additionally, my parents LOVE the new seat! Good job! I have 2 other family members that use wheelchairs and Enable Your Life is going to be our go-to site for any of our needs.

Enable Your Life is a great company. As soon as I ordered my replacement wheels they came and called me over the phone about some bearings that I didn't order - the operator wanted to know if I was ordering the right wheels, etc. etc. They were so nice that they even told me they were shipping it asap - a bonus for me since I wanted it yesterday. Will order from them again and recommend them to my friends.

As a large private disability services company I depend on easy to navigate information, a no hassle order fulfillment process and quick turn-a-round shipping because I am normally replacing/working on something that is already broken. Enable Your Life was all of the above plus gave an incredible level of immediate follow up when one of the items ordered was not going to be in stock for weeks. Rather than just ship what they could and place the chair on back order, which is a common practice in the industry; enable your life recommended through email a suitable replacement that cost a little less and had it to my warehouse on the East Coast in 5 days. Great products, great prices, great service and incredible people. I am sure I will be doing my shopping for the hundreds of people we serve only at Enable Your Life.

In July, 2009 my husband was in a terrible car accident that left him paralyzed. By June, 2010 he was ready to go out of the house, but needed a ramp. I searched the web to try to find the best ramp at the best price. I then called Enable Your Life to talk with someone about our needs. Chris was so helpful to me, due to the fact that there was never a need for a ramp in our home before. Now in May, 2011 we find that there was a problem with the ramp and again Chris was so helpful as a mediator for us with the manufacturer of the ramp. A few days after talking to Chris we received a brand new ramp. In our time of crisis, we really felt so good in knowing that someone cared enough to help us, and Chris of Enable Your Life was that person. We are so appreciative to have worked with Chris with the purchase, as well as making sure that we have a ramp that is safe and fills our needs.

Enable Your Life had good products, and I was pleased when I got the cushion I ordered. I later ordered another one. It was good quality and worked well.

Enable Your Life is awesome. The guy who owns the site is great and he even blogs on the website, that in itself shows he's behind his products. The prices are great and competitive. I bought from them because he was cheaper then everyone else for the exact same tires and tubes I needed for my wheelchair. You can tell this small business owner is into what he sells, it shows! He even had a section that explained tire sizes and a link to changing tires on your wheel chair, I will buy all my stuff from him from now on.
