Fay Cullen is not what it appears to be. They use bad sales tactics and fib about the quality of diamonds they sell. Be very cautious if you go through this company. Elizabeth uses her words very carefully when she sells the product. The return policy
is a joke and the one year warranty they offer, means nothing. We found out the hard way. The diamond was not the quality they told us, the original setting did not have a diamond in it, as the ring broke and the insurance company took over. The only thing
that saved us from not being completely ripped off was the insurance I added on the ring as soon as it arrived. To be clear- this was through my insurance company and not Fay Cullen. When I phoned Fay Cullen to talk to them about the quality of the diamond
and the poor setting it was put in, they simply said, you should have purchased Fay Cullen's insurance. When I inquired about the warranty, they brushed it off. They have two stores. I learned my lesson the hard way. Nothing about this company is accurate.
The appraisals they give on the ring are absurd and hold no value. If you buy a certified ring from them they use a company known for having loose standards on grading values. After the fact I learned an HRD, or GIA certification rate a diamond to its true
quality. BUYER BEWARE.

Another great purchase!!!
My husband and I just purchased a rose gold diamond eternity band and what a gorgeous ring!!! I truly love it.. I did have to wait about 6 weeks since I needed it in a specific size but it was so worth the wait. The size is perfect. I trust Fay Cullen, the quality is superb, the diamonds are of outstanding quality. The description is extremely accurate and the prices are the best for the quality you get. I highly recommend this web site! Communication with Marc is outstanding and extemely prompt. I will be back again. THANK YOU!!!
P.S. I have made three purchases from Fay Cullen over the past 7-8 years and I have always been absolutely thrilled with each purchase.

Excellent Service and true dedication to quality
I have spent along time looking for the ideal engagement ring for my now fiance. I went to multiple companies, jewelers, and estate jewelry resellers and Fay Cullen stood out in its quality and superb customer service. Fay and Mark were both very knowledgeable, friendly and honest.
Buying an engagement ring is not only exciting but very nerve racking as it is a lot of money. Fay and Mark were highly trust worthy and open about costs, appraisals, as well return policies and service care.
I would highly recommend taking the time to look at their selection and calling them with any questions.

Exactly what I wanted!
I have purchased twice from Fay Cullen, Inc. and have been very happy both times. The items were as pictured and the information provided accurate. Shipping, though expensive, is safe and prompt. I will do business with this company again.
Priority viewing (what is new to the site) is fun, easy, and I look forward to it each month. I also like looking at the "discounted" items. I have made purchases from both lists. Great Company with excellent jewelery
Don't hesitate to use Fay Cullen for any of your jewelery. Very reasonable, very professional, and very easy to deal with. I purchased a sapphire engagement ring. My jeweler at home was very impressed with the quality of the stone- he was surprised it was a sapphire and not a blue diamond!

Excellent all-round service
Buying an antique necklace, unseen over the internet was a little scary but I'm glad I did. A minor problem with the shopping cart not recognising my UK security number was quickly sorted out by Mark Hoult via a couple of emails, responded to almost immediately. Necklace arrived in the UK after just a few days, extremely well packed and exactly as it looked and was described on the website. All in all I would highly recommend Fay Cullen based on my experience.

Amazing, beautiful jewelry. Incredibly caring and down-to-earth service. Helpfulness and efficiency in the procedure of ordering also made the purchase so much more enjoyable.
The jewelry itself when it arrived was of course absolutely breathtaking. Fay Cullen is the Protector of Beauty in life. She provides beautiful jewelry AND makes you feel really special and cared for.
At the time of my order, a certain problem with the bank occurred and things got tense and nervous and I felt a little uncomfortable because of the extra workload the bank was causing (via me), but I recieved nothing but patience and willingness to help from Fay Cullen, along with an open interest in my situation. Fay Cullen customer service is world class. I purchased an antique engagement ring which we thought was the right size, but was loose for my wife. We had a sizing bar added at another jeweller as we do not live in Florida. A mistake we regret as after 6 months a side stone had fallen out. I contacted Fay Cullen to have the ring repaired which they were so gracious to do since another jeweller had worked on the ring. They shipped the ring back to us very securely and it looks brilliant once again.
Both Fay and Marc corresponded with me regarding the repair and logistics. I felt completely informed and confident. I would highly recommend purchasing from them. They have a unique selection of jewellery and they stand behind their product.

Her specialties are engagement/wedding rings, plus antique and estate jewelry. As you can tell, I love this company and have bought several pieces of jewelry totally unique that I love. We got my estate engagement ring at Fay Cullen and it is perfect! It looks so much better in person than in the photos. It is in wonderful condition and came with a container of jewellery cleaner so I can keep it that way. We did a lot of shopping around and Fay Cullen's prices can't be beat. The process of ordering online was very easy and I felt very secure with their shipping policies (and the ring arrived in 3 days!). I'm sure we'll use Fay Cullen again in the future.

I have been searching for a ring for a while. I came across the Fay Cullen Inc. Website and found a beautiful ring that fits the style I was searching for. The price was in my budget so I slept on it before I made any final decisions. I came back to the website a few days later and called. The customer service was outstanding especially since I am located in Arizona and couldn't exactly go around the corner to Florida.
I asked for a rush delivery since the 4th of July is 5 days away. Literally they took the shirt off their back to get the ring sizing done and ship it all the way to Arizona. Needless to say, I am excited to propose on the 4th of July with fireworks in the background. America's birthday is going to be even more special to us.
Thank you Fay Cullen Inc. for the great service. I would certainly recommend buying from your company again to anybody looking for jewelery.

I bought an engagement ring in 2008 from Fay Cullen. I was pleased with the ring initially but within a year a prong and diamond broke off. I took in to an independent jeweler who specialized in antique jewellery. He said the ring was poorly crafted and should have never been sold in its condition. When I approached Fay Cullen about it, they assumed it was our fault and would only repair the ring unless I bought an extended warranty. I bought the warranty and returned the ring. Six months later and we still don't have the ring back!
The company sells poor quality products and their customer service is even worse. I'm completely disappointed with my Fay Cullen experience and would not recommend them to anyone.

My fiancé and myself drove down to meet with Fay Cullen’s office on Monday presidents day 02/15/2010. We drove about 16 hours from Nashville down to Miami. When we arrived for our 10 am meeting we were greeted with espresso and asked to have a seat. The representative we had show us the ring was named Veronique Brunner. She was very knowledgeable about antique and vintage rings as well art history. My fiancé and myself are knowledgeable in our own opinions when it comes to estate pieces but left our appointment with a new knowledge of antique rings. We purchased a men’s platinum diamond wedding band. We are very happy with our purchase and feel like we got a great deal on the rings as well as a great experience with the staff. I am sure this establishment already has plenty of references but I personally would be happy to tell anyone about my experience and will let fays office know they can give my contact information out to anyone who would request additional information.
