DO NOT USE THEM!!!
THE WORST PROCESSING COMPANY EVER!!! THEY WILL TAKE EVERY SINGLE LAST DIME OF YOUR MONEY. THE FINE PRINT SAYS THEY CAN RAISE YOUR FEES WHENEVER THEY WANT AS LONG AS THEY SEND YOU AN EMAIL. WHICH YOU ARE LOCKED INTO A 5 YEAR CONTRACT WITH A CANCELLATION FEE OF $500 SO YOU HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO PAY THEM. I NO LONGER AM USING THEM ON MY WEBSITE AND IT'S GOING OUT OF BUSINESS THEY ARE STILL MAKING ME PAY THE $500 FEE WITH NO NEGOTIATION OF LOWERING MY CANCELLATION DUE TO THE CIRCUMSTANCES.
If there was an option for 0 Stars I would pick that one!

BEWARE OF FIRST DATA!!!!!!!!
I used First Data's services with processing my Credit card payments at my restaurant. When I found they were charging me incorrectly I contacted my sales rep and he said he would take care of it. Well 6 months later and fighting and fighting they give me a small portion of my refund back. The sales rep and his boss told me on many different occasions that they made a mistake but they then start avoiding me. I have to call over 100 times and send multiple emails to anyone possible to get nothing. Then I contacted the better business bureau and finally they responded with a token partial refund. STAY AWAY FROM FIRST DATA!!!!!!! They lied so many times to me and charged me more than they promised and now even say they made a mistake and will not give me my money back. BEWARE!!!

Do NOT trust this company. They are a dishonest company. The price of their machine is three times what can be purchased elsewhere. And, they will scam you for the monthly lease payment which is so incredibly exhorbitant. Do NOT use this company.

I was entrusted my business' credit card processing to Merchant Credit Card Processing Services, through Sams Club. To start off, they claimed I would receive the equipment immediately. Somehow they lost track of the equipment and I received it AFTER the main event I needed it for. I signed up for a "seasonal" account. This meant I would keep the equipment for a maximum of 3 months. Two days after receiving the equipment I received a notice from the company stating they could not get in contact with me and that I needed to return the equipment immediately LOL
I immediately contacted the sales rep, he said not to worry, I would receive other request for the return of the equipment and that I should disregard them all. So I did. Prior to the 3 months I get billed to my account over $500 because I had not returned the equipment... go figure. The equipment was returned, they returned my money to the account WOOOO WHOOOOO...
Not over yetttttt... Now, three months later I still contacting them because I'm being billed monthly fees and even a %39.95 yearly fee they claim they charge all accounts as a yearly fee in October... did I mention I only had the account for 3 months? LOL
Customer Service claims that I never closed the account... although my account was seasonal... I returned the equipment... and THEY tell me that I don't pay fees on a seasonal account for the months I don't have or use the services... 3 months later I'm still billed and they claim it's my fault LOL
For those of you that can't believe this... sign up with this company for your business credit card processing and you can join me and the many others!

I am so mad at this company I can't even see strait. I was in a 6 month contract with them. I called to cancel on April 2nd. They told me it would be $30 to cancel as well as my last months fees. I have NEVER used this acct. I faxed in the letter as they requested. I just checked my bank account (30 days later) and they have charged me almost $50.00 in fees saying they never received my fax when I know they did. My fax machine would send me a report saying there was an error if it didn't go through. They lost the paperwork and now I have to pay for it. They will not reverse the charges. Now I have to resend the letter and I am out the $50.00 plus the $35.00 my bank is going to charge me for being in the negative. The customer service rep was completely unsympathetic and just said nothing they can do.

Cardservice International/First Data Corp flat out stole $18000 in credit card purchases made to my company just as it was being launched. Despite months of phone calls and BBB filings they refused to address the issue, and chanlanged my "identity" of all things. They effectively halted my one of my new businesses just as it was being launched and flat out defrauded me and stole $18,000 directly from my clients. To this day they have not released the funds to me or my clients, and they continued to charge my account for credit card purchases and processing despite the fact that they were not transfering the funds to my business account.

I openened this account in December of 08, and had nothing but trouble with the customer service since. I am not one to complain using sites like this that may impact the organization, but in the case ,First Data is extremely deserving. You will wait approximatly 20 to 30 minutes on hold to get to a customer service rep, then once answered, they will be reluctant to give you thier full name, i was tossed around between three (3) Jenifers, 2 of which were reluctant to give a full name, and the last ended up to be Jennifer "Smith". I called in on 03/11/09 to close account and stop the debiting from my account, they instructed me to send in a fax.I did as requested, but they continued to keep my account alive, and continued debiting. I called again to find out why they did not close account, they said they never recieved the fax request. They did not deny that the notes were in the system, however they still would not close the account until i refaxed the letter. I did verify the fax number, and indeed is is correct, however not the correct number to close out the account.( perhaps to some other fax machine with a waste basket below, instead of a tray. The long and short; if you are a small business person looking to open a merchant account, thier are allot of these types of oranizations around, do not waste your time doing business with FIRST DATA, I am sure you can find a more reputable and cutomer friendly business to run your merchant services through, after all, your own business is supposed to be fun.I have experienced them for you so again, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME DOING BUSINESS WITH A SHAM ORANIZATION LIKE THIS ONE.

Have had months of documented problems with this company. I have been working for over 6 months trying to close my account and stop the monthly fees being debited from my account even after many written requests to have my account closed.
I wish I had researched this company prior to EVER signing up with them.
There listed complaints as shown on the BBB site of well over 300 is consistent with the way they do business.
This company has surely come to a point that the BBB should look closely at how many issues they are causing.
Just because they do FINALLY refund the funds they took un-authorized should not be an excuse to continue to be rated as favorable.
Customer service does not exist with this company.
I really thought I was lucky to find a local company but even being local they still do not seem to care and it shows in there current status and consistent list of complaints filed against them.
I am rating this company as a result of months of problems and not any single issue.
I am not lashing out against this company but am hoping that they will view each rating as a way to improve there very poor treatment of hard working customers.
