I have to say that First Wholesale Lending is the most professional mortgage brokerage I have ever come across. They are honest, have the best rates - and I shopped around big time, and really perform. Their level of customer service surpassed all my expectations. I knew what was happening on my transaction throughout the process and they always answered the phone. Hands down I recommend First Wholesale Lending to anyone who needs to buy a home and needs a mortgage loan or needs to refinance their current loan. 5 stars in my book. Thank you so much Michael and Joe for all of your help - I love my new home - you guys really are the best!!!!!

My contact, Brian was patient, compassionate & honest. I can't say that about the other millions of lenders that call me or send me deceptive junkmail. I am glad my Higher Power decided to have me talk to him when he made a cold call to me. He has helped me refinance, helped me think about a budget and given me hope that I can survive this horrible real estate market... and be ok with what ever happens.
Trust and believe I felt I was "helped" not "sold" a product!

First Wholesale Lending is truely a Firm that has the clients best interest in mind. This was outright, the best financing experience that we have ever encountered. They showed us all of our options and really took the time to educate me and my wife. The Loan officers and supporting staff were helpfull, dedicated, and persistant in getting all of our goals and dreams accomplished. They opened up a new window to life for me and my family. I trust their word and would recommend their services to anyone. I wish they had gotten in touch with me years ago!!
