I recently purchased a Women’s pre-owned Rolex watch from GK Scott. Kevin and Ben were extremely professional and helpful during this transaction. They both answered all of my questions before and after I purchased the watch. The transaction was easy. We talked for a couple of days and I decided which watch I wanted. I wired funds from my account into GK Scott’s account and the watch was delivered within a week as promised. The watch was beautifully packaged with all documents enclosed. However, the watch band was too tight and I called Ben. He sent me extra links at no-charge. What a deal!!
Buying a Rolex on the Internet can be risky because of all the fake Rolexes out there, but GK Scott is a reliable and trustworthy company. I saved a lot of money and I am very happy.
I read some negative remarks from unhappy customers; but I know after working in the legal profession for the past 34 years, every story has two sides. GK Scott stands behind their watches and I believe it!!

In addition, the customer service was great and I received a real education with respect to the manufacture and care of Rolex products. Mr Groesbeck Parham trading has GKScott, also known as Ebayer zpwatches, is a THIEF !!!!. Has 2 18k Rolex Presidents of mine, value $60,000.....WILL NOT RETURN !!!!!! I have initiated legal proceedings. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM !!!!

I purchased a men's Presidential for my wife and everything that GK Scott did from the begining of the transaction to delivery was first rate with no delay and the watch is fantastic. I am looking at another now. Grosbeck was very helpful. Thank you.

I purchased a watch from G K Scott in 2009 for myself. I have been very pleased with my Rolex and wear it every day. I just ordered another watch for my son's 25th birthday. The sales person helped me pick out the perfect Date-adjust Rolex for my son. He loves it and I just wanted to say thank you.

Bought a watch the end of Nov. $2500.00 Took almost 4 weeks to get the watch, they did not add link which they said they would, received no authentication of watch, watch lost 5 minutes a day. This Ben runs a real racket. Their web site site says watches will be shipped within 3 to 5 days. I guess the lab overlooked mine to check for accuracy. Then, when I returned the watch, it took over 5 weeks to get my money back, and they kept 15%. I think this joint runs on a shoestring, and urge everyone to avoid GK Scott.

Recently bought a watch from GK SCOTT for Christmas and was pleasanlty surpirsed; Im alittle confused why there are negative reviews on this site. My contact there was Ben and he was very helpful and I plan to buy to buy another timepiece from them within the next few years. Stellar watch, stellar service @ a great price. Buying an expensive watch online is scary, But G K Scott's website looked authentic and they answered all my questions correctly, So I ordered a watch from them. They said it would take a few days to get it appraised, etc.. and I should have it soon. I called them a week later ( It was Thanksgiving week,) and they re-assured me it was shipped. After I didn't get it, I became very concerned and left them a "Very Concerned" email. I had also read the BBB rating and thought I really should be worried.
A very short time after I sent my email, I received a call from Benjamin, who gave me the tracking number and said it should have been delivered but UPS goofed..Not GK Scott. I checked with UPS and sure enough, there was an exception report and a UPS notice the watch had been delayed.
I feel bad now, The watch is exactly what I wanted, and their service was fine. They Don't get anything but a great rating from me.
I know every company has problems sometimes but the service with GK Scott , for me, has been great.

I purchased a Rolex Date-adjust watch for my wife for her 40th birthday from GK scott. The watch is beautiful, just as they said. My wife loves it and I appreciate all they have done to make it the perfect gift. Thanks again, GK Scott is the best!

I have purchased online before. GK Scott set the bar higher than I ever could have imagined. The service was great, the quality was impeccable and the site was beautiful. I will never by a watch from anyone else. Thank you GK Scott!!
