Terrence was my loan representative, and handled our refinance on a rental property with professionalism and exceptional response to our requests. Stephanie Kustka did an excellent job processing and closing our loan in a very quick and efficient manner.
All in all, Greenlight closed this refinance in one of the quickest processes we have ever had. We were happy with the service and would use them again. They would have gotten 5 stars but during our refi,Greenlight was being purchased by another company which
required them to change systems. This was a slight hiccup in the process, but the loan went smoothly and I was assured by Terrence and Stephanie that this buyout of Greenlight would not change any terms of our loan or the speed of processing it. They were
true to their word and the loan closed several days before our lock was due to expire. Would not hesitate to use them again!

Review of Jason Edwards at Greenlight Loans
I can't say enough great things specifically about Jason Edwards who was my licensed Loan Agent when I was refinancing with Greenlight. I walked away from my first call with Jason knowing that I no longer needed to shop for interest rate quotes and services.
I am an informed borrower/homeowner and am also comfortable with financial math. Jason blew it out of the water in this regards. He demonstrated a sharp and shrewd approach to finance that was borderline expertise in my own words. He helped me shed light on
my comprehensive financial and homeownership goals the whole way through. He did not obligate me to any loan up front, but indicated that we could make changes as long as the process got up off the ground. Greenlight also offered to cover the cost of my appraisal
which was an added incentive to work with them. At no point in the process did I become frustrated. His level of communication with me was superb. My loan closed in 26 days with very few alterations, which is to be expected if you've done this before, from
the initial estimate. Overall five stars, and highly highly recommended. I have referred all of my friends to him in recent weeks who seem to be concur with my opinion.

Great service with a smile
Well I cannot tell if Kevin Kwak and Duc Nguyen had smiles but it sure seemed like it in the way I was treated. Both Duc and Kevin went out of their ways to ensure a smooth refinance. My loan was quite challenging due to it being an out of state investment
property and the type of loan but Duc and Kevin made it a seamless process. I am happy to say that I now have a great rate that saves me money each month. If it weren't for their persistence and dedication through the process I would not have locked in such
a great rate at the time I did as rates have since spiked. I highly recommend Greenlight Loans and Kevin and Duc who both know the business well.

Quick and painless refinance
I was adamant on refinancing my two properties due to the 4 months of agonizing pain that I went through with my last refinance with a big bank. I happened to see a Greenlight commercial and decided to call just to see what the rates were. I reached Douglas
Bridgman (Loan Agent) and he informed of the current rates and pricing and assured me that the total time to close is around 30 days. The very next business day, I was contacted by Will Thrower (Loan Processor) and informed me of the necessary documents they
needed. In short, Will and Greenlight were able to close the loans in approx 15 days. Painless and Quick! Thank you Will and Douglas for your professionalism and responsiveness.

Greenlight comes through again!
I just completed my third refi with Greenlight Financial. As in the past I worked with Agent Jason Bailey and Processor Shawn Jones. In each refi, Jason kept me up to date on the rate market and he got me the uber low rate I was looking for. Shawn was

My wife Liz and I definitely recommend financing with Greenlight. We were referred to Bill Merino in March 2013, by our close friend. She recently funded her ReFi in a matter of weeks and praised his knowledge, speed, and exceptional customer service skills.

The Best ReFi Experience I Have Ever Had..
I'm a repeat customer with Greenlight Financial and once again, Brooke Cody and Tawny Shumaker did a great job from start to finish. I saved a LOT of money with a great rate and no closing fees Everything but the closing was done online. The closing was
