Cannot make deadline and dishonest. Will promise you anything to get you to use them. No fees, but you will end up paying more because they charge interest on the amount of your loan from time of funding to the end of the month. They will play this down and promise to close at the end of the month, but will tell you late in the process that they cannot fund until the 1st or 2nd of the month so they can charge over $1500 in interest depending on the amount of your loan. By the time you realized this, it's too late for you to back out, so they have you corner. DON'T USE THEM! They don't work with ESCROW and you will have to follow up and they put you on hold forever or hang up on you when you do call. Buying a home is hard to begin with; you don't need a BAD loan officer on top of everything else.
