This company is a complete Sham. Do some searching on the web and you will fid the exact same scenario presented each time. This company is given out by sales pitch companies like time shares and vacuum cleaner salesmen as an incentive to listen to their pitch. In order to claim this free 3 day-2 night deal, you send in $29.95 as a "deposit check" or can do it online at "activatemycertificate.com". Then eventually they send a form that allows you to select a destination. Along with that you send in another $24 for "room tax". Then about 4 weeks later they send you a many time photocopied letter with your name literally taped on and strips of paper filling in the form fields telling how your request was denied (for a city we never even requested) and we could exchange our 3 day/2 night trip for another try by making a request in writing only. They also gave you two other options you could call in for upgrading or changing to a fancier vacation. Again read other web reviews about those options and how they sent in more money with no vacation returned. I am stopping at just the $54 I have lost. It's a shame that the product I bought that gave me this deal is actually a great product and I love it but the fact they are handing out a sham deal as an incentive is a black mark for me ever recommending it to anyone else. If a business' website is as elusive as theirs is and you can't call them don't do business with them.
