I have been a client with Increase Visibility since March 2011 and can attest to their SEO expertise. After a bad experience with a different SEO firm, I approached the situation with a good deal of trepidation. I have been pleasantly surprised. The team at Increase Visibility was willing to openly discuss my concerns – including negative reviews I found about the firm. They were not defensive and remained friendly and professional. I went in with a goal – to increase my predominance on the internet, but I had little understanding of what it actually takes. Best of all, their CTO spent a considerable amount of time with me explaining and helping me gain this insight. I have a better understanding of my website and what it means to optimize (without overwhelming techy talk!) I also have new knowledge that helps me maintain and monitor content on my website and makes me a part of the ongoing process that best serves my business. My website was first tuned-up and after positive results, I then signed on for a monthly SEO campaign. Positive ranking results are visible – and I have monthly reports to prove it. Thank you Increase Visibility for helping make my business a viable productive presence on the internet! I am a mid-size company taking it to the next level. – Christine R.

I have been with Increase Visiblity for three months now and I am worried. So far nothing has been done. I have not had a baseline report even. The pages targeted for optimizing have still not been sent. No evidence of any links, articles, anything. I complained a month ago about it so they gave me a different SEO engineer and now I am back to waiting to get started. Meanwhile I am still paying $2,500 a month.
I am not sure it's a scam. Just a poorly run company. And a big mistake on my behalf. I would love to hear from people. Am I wrong about these guys? And if so, can any recommed a good SEO firm. I need help.

Looking for a review on Increase Visibility? Well, I also had a ripoff experience with them. They promise you everything before you sign on the dotted line. After that, good luck.
My contact person changed in the middle of the contract but neither person kept in touch with me at all. Nobody every asked about the keywords I wanted to rank for or the pages that I wanted to show up. When I asked a question, they never knew the answer -- and that was if you were ever able to get a hold of them. They promised 300 backlinks a month, and at the end of 3 months, my backlinks hadn't increased by 50.
They showed me a report I got a D on when they wanted me to sign. When I asked them for the details of the report when I started vs. where I was at 3 months later, my contact person didn't even know what the report was. I talked to a supervisor about 3 times at the end, never did get the report.
The one major problem I wanted straighten out and told them about in the very beginning, they never could figure out. Even though they said it was no problem at all when they were trying to get me to sign the contract.
Open up a window and throw you money out, because that's what you'll be doing if you sign up with them. I feel like I totally wasted my money and received nothing for it.

Hello,
I just wanted to share my experience with you regarding this awful company. It was a nightmare from begining to the end. They are not professionnal at all, it is almost impossible to get in touch with them and don't even reply to your e-mai or messages. They did nothing positive, i didn't have any progress at all and i have been working with them 3 monthsand wasted 5000$ I did find out that they are something like 4 people in this company... Christina is the nice one whose job is to make you sign.... after that she won't talk to you anymore. Debbie is the one who was missing almost everyday for the past 3 months... Kevin is the one that promise you the world and disappear after having you on the phone... and the other one i don't know him but he seems very lazy even on the phone... Anyway , don't work with them you will regret it the rest of your life to have met so incompetent people ... i just don't understand how they have so much great publicity on the net.... i guess when you pay when you can get great publicity... Don't be a fool like who wasted 5000$ for the worst company on the planet... I warned you , it is your choice now..
