I just closed my refi loan with Journey Financial. My rep was Drew Rowlett. I had a wonderful experience with Drew. He was responsive, courteous, and very professional. I own several homes and have been thru the process many times. So, I know what to expect. I was told by several other mortgage brokers and direct lenders that I was not able to refi at this time, because I just recently changed jobs, and had less than 2 years in this job field. Drew went the extra effort and sourced a lender that was willing to extend the loan. My circumstances were a challenge, but Drew delivered the end result. ( A CLOSING)
I am happy with the results,a good rate ,and I know that Drew worked extra hard for me. I have probably been through the purchase or refi process about 15 times and I know that Drew went the extra steps for me. I would strongly recommend Drew Rowlett as a loan rep.

Having financed or refinanced a number of properties, I have a fair amount of experience working with loan brokers and processors. This experience with Journey Financial was by far the best ever. Not only were they fast and completely on top of everything throughout the process, they seemed to go out of their way to keep us informed about progress and to clearly explain things that have changed in the financial world since our last loan process. We have recommended Journey to several of our friends - all called "just to see" and subsequently engaged their services and are either in or have recently completed their loan process.

I highly recommend Journey Financial, and espcially Nathan Miller. If you are considering re-financing, you won't regret choosing them. My loan took only 3 weeks to fund. The rates were great and fees, reasonable. Nathan was extremely competent, courteous, knowledgable and responsive. He answered each and every one of my e-mails. If there was something I didn't understand, he took the time to explain things to me, in detail, until it made sense. This was a great experience. I plan to recommend them to all my friends.

We worked with Trevor Banville of Journey Financial to refinance our house. He was very responsive, and answered our phone calls and emails promptly. We got the lowest interest rate quote from Journey Financial. There were no hidden fees included at the time of closing; we compared the settlement statement to the initial good faith estimate. There was a small increase of $150 in closing costs in the final settlement, but the changes were due to an increase in third party fees, e.g. the appraisal and title fees. Overall, the entire process was pretty straightforward, and we would recommend Journey Financial.

We had an exceptional experience with Jeremy at Journey Financial when we refinanced our home. We are from Oregon and the whole transaction was carried out by phone, fax and email. I was dubious at first, but it all worked fine. Jeremy was quick with answers to all our questions and considerate in giving us "space" to make our decisions. He was more knowledgeable about our options than our previous lender, who gave me a crazy run around and never could answer provide complete answers. I read these reviews about Journey Financial and could not see how any company could have ALL 5 star reviews but after our experience I can see it is possible.

Trevor Banville was our refinance loan rep. I was a bit dubious after I decided to get online quotes but decided to see what would happen. The first person who replied from the 4 promised seemed "sleazy" to me. Trevor responded second and was straightforward, non-pressure and answered all questions professionally. Since I have been a real estate agent for many years, I was still a bit dubious but decided my husband and I could go forward with Trevor. We were very happy with the service provided. He was quickly responsive to any questions and did what he had promised. We received the rates and terms as promised. The response was fast and professional on all levels. I was very pleasantly surprised that there were no unreasonable glitches or issues since I had a lot of experience with lenders for my clients and all was not well every time. We would be happy to do business with Trevor and Journey Financial again.
