The Perfect Refinance
I don't normally write reviews following my experiences, but in this case I felt compelled to let everyone how great of a job Journey Financial ( specifically my Loan Consultant, Trevor Banville) did on this refinance. Let me start by saying I prviously refinanced directly through a leading lender just about 1 year ago and the entire process took over 5 months. It was so painful, I swore I wouldn't refi again. But rates fell, so I thought I should take advantage. Trevor hit this one out of the park! From application to payoff and final funding, the entire process was smooth and took only 20 days! That's right days instead of months! Most importantly, the communication was there every step of the way. I'm so glad I trusted this experience to Trevor and Journey financial, they really came through and I would recommend them to anyone.

Drew Rowlett was great! From the beginning, he was upfront, open, patient and honest.
Off and on since refinance interest rates began to drop, I had been on the lookout for a good loan. In late December 2011, I decided to take a chance with Quicken Loan; almost as soon as I submitted my information, I received a barrage of emails and contacts. Most quotes were more than I was willing to pay and it seemed as if loan consultants were trying to get as much money out of my husband and me. I have had negative experiences with mortgage brokers and was really, leery. In my mind, they are like the stereotypical car salesmen.
Not Drew, he gave me the best deal from the start. He was direct and no nonsense, and I appreciate that. That is the way I do business. The loan was completed within about a month and I truly got a good deal. I checked around. Thank you, Drew!

Every single step was convenient & easy
Journey Financial, Inc did things right for us, we were truly blessed to find Shawn Wachter from Journey Financial, Shawn is an ethical professional he was very helpful, answered all our questions, gave us lots of good information and successfully help us refinance our home. Journey Financial Inc. has a very capable team, our refinance was a breeze we provided all requested information and did not have to worry about a single thing we got the best rate possible. GREAT CUSTOMERE SERVICE & VERY RESOURCEFUL
This was the third time I've dealt with Journey Financials and more specifically with Drew Rowlett (Sr. Loan Officer). I've had a great experience. He was very accommodating and resourceful. The process was simple all done via phone and email. There were not surprises; all upfront representation was validated at the end of the process.
I would definitely do business with them again and I would highly recommend the services.

I worked with carlos zepeda at journey financial. I give carlos and journey financial 5 stars for several reasons. first, journey financial represents a number of lenders, which allowed me to look at several lenders; a number of brokers only represent one lender. second, carlos was incredibly responsive. he took all my calls and provided me with the information I requested; if he was on the line when I called, he always got back to me within a few minutes. carlos was responsive, knowledgeable, informative and professional. I have recommended him to a number of friends who are all very grateful to me for the recommendation.

Jeremy always answered every question I had for him (and there were a lot of them). He handled the whole refi process very professionally and I always felt he was being completely honest with me. He kept me up to date throughout the whole process as to what was going on. It was a real pleasure working with him and I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. This was the fourth time we refinanced with Drew Rowlett. We were able to lower our interest rate several times and did it without incurring cost and fees. Drew continued to keep us informed on interest saving opportunties. The whole process was simple and completed w/in 45 days as promised. The notary even came to our house which makes it convenient. Drew at Journey Financial is amazing. This probably our 4 & 5th loans with him. Last year he assisted us in financing our rental property. This year we re-fi'ed our rental and primary property. Painless!!
