Component Rebuild & Winterization
When we had the snow storms mid-December, my pressure regulator froze and the faceplate & gasket had to be rebuilt.
The technicians Ed Gonzales and (unfortunately I do not have the second tech's name) evaluated the problem and presented options for the repair. They provided the pros and cons for each option so that I could make an informed decision.
They worked efficiently in the cold weather and made me feel comfortable that the repair and winterization would protect my system for the rest of the winter.

Juan Gallegos and Carlos Calderon were terrific!
Juan Gallegos and Carlos Calderon came to my house on Friday, November 26, 2011, to do a rather complicated job. They were punctual and worked efficiently. They worked consistently throughout the day and got an amazing amount of work done. When they left, my house and property were cleaned up very well. In fact, the work was fastidious. I loved the outcome! Again they were both terrific -- a real pleasure to have at my house doing the work. I heartily recommend Just Sprinklers and their crews. They are consistently great!

Edward Gonzales came by to assist with the timing on new installation of netafin in conjunction with a sprinkler system. Courteous and helpful. Hoping it will help my trees in this drought. Happy Thanksgiving.

On Monday, Oct. 3, Sergio Munoz repaired a leak in my sprinkler system. He did an outstanding job. He was on time. He got right to the problem and he got it fixed. I was impressed and would recommend him highly.

Have used Just Sprinklers for all my sprinkler needs for 4 years now. Had a repair technician out today (Eduardo Gonzalez) who was very courteous and prompt. He listened to my explanation of the problem and then explained and repaired the issue. I was very impressed with his professionalism as well as his clean demeanor.

The installer Richard Mora from just sprinklers of Albuquerque was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, informative, efficient and a delight to interact with. He knew all the answers to all the questions I asked and even taught me much I didn't know--that I needed to know. I can not recommend him more highly! He did his install very well, quickly, and was professional in every regard. Way to go Richard and 'just sprinklers'! I love doing business with a great local company.
When Johnny, the service writer visited to research my problems the previous day, he was awesome too. He had a friendly manner, was not pushy and was patient, being sure to explain everything including costs, coverage and time required for the install. His visit to my home was exemplary!
I have been a customer for nine years or more and will continue to be one...

Ed Gonzales did an excellent job for us July 25 and 27, 2011. He was especially good at handling miscommunications and making sure that the job was done according to our expectations. In addition, he was able to explain the system in a way that was easy to understand. He was patient, articulate, and highly professional.
We had a misunderstanding with the person who came on July 26, but by working with Just Sprinkler's installation manager (whose name I forget) we resolved all problems.
I really appreciate Just Sprinkler's desire to please the customer.

We have been using Just Sprinklers for over 20 years now. Service has always been exceptional. Yesterday, Chip Gregg came out to adjust our sprinklers. He did a very thorough and complete inspection and replaced broken parts within an hour. He took the time to reprogram our system and made sure we were comfortable with the settings and how to adjust if necessary. He also clearly articulated the results of his inspection. Chip's caring and knowledgeable professionalism is outstanding.

Sergio from just sprinklers was such a great worker. I was so stressed over the leaks we had and he fixed them right up. He also had to pull out one of our bushes to fix one of the leaks. Our experience was great! I would defiantly recommend this company.

Chip Gregg is the ONLY technician to go over and above the basic requirements. He not only fixed my sprinkler problem; but went on to trouble shoot the whole system--fixing emitters that hadn't worked for ages; shut down inoperable zones; reprogramed the timer; and explained everything in non technical language. He more than met my expectations for a service call! Thanks to him, the whole system works for the first time in 6 years and I understand it! A SUPERB representative. THANKS Chip!

After the winter freeze I've been experiencing some ongoing challenges with my sprinkler lines. Desperate to have this resolved, I contacted Just Sprinklers on Monday afternoon and they scheduled me for Wednesday morning repairs.
Sergio arrived on time, was professional and quickly evaluated what needed to happen to get the job done. He went above and beyond to see that all my concerns were addressed and corrected. He even provided me a lesson on water shut off. Just want you to know that I appreciate your time and effort. Keep up the good work and give extra kudos to Sergio - he's a fine young man who represents you well.

I believe the technician that came out was by the name of Ed. He was great, very knowledgable, on-time, professional. Thumbs up. They also had a general history of the sprinkler work in my newly purchased home, which was helpful.

Carlos and crew did an outstanding job. My property is complicated with numerous varieties of plants, several walkways and an obtrusive outbuilding in the middle of the back yard. The system is exactly what I wanted, practically invisible, and easy to use. They restored the place to the exact condition it was in prior to the work so you can't even tell than any work was done. Outstanding.

Sergio repaired a leaking pipe in my lawn on the 27th of june. He was very quick in finding the problem and did a professional job in taking care of it. He was also most courteous in my conversation with him. I would highly recommend him for any repair work.
