Decent price and quality...service below average
Spent a little over $6K on cabinets and everything else. Our designer did a good job of adapting our original design to something they could support. Problem is a couple of the crown boards were warped ($52 each) and a couple of the things on our design didn't make the order. So, we ordered them and they charged the card, but forgot to send the stuff. So, after a little over a week, I called to check on it and was told it didn't ship and fell off the radar. Bottom line, there are a lot of companies like this and I would try another one before going back to this one or recommending it.

I'm a general contractor. Three years ago when the economy was not bad, I always give the kitchen cabinets work to sub contractors. The subs usually brought a few samples doors for my customers to choose. In recent years when the jobs have been slow, I started to install cabinets myself. I have tried 2 ready to assemble stores and a big chain store; I must say i wasn't happy at all. Either slow to get the product and expensive, or low quality product with bad customer service. Eventually I heard good words about Kitchen Pro through another contractor friend. Man this place is a cabinets outlet! The designers are very friendly and knowledgeable(pops to Johnny!); I rarely had any stock issues, the products are just like American brand cabinets but with a fraction of the cost. One thing I must say is that they are extremely organized unlike any other cabinet stores I've been to. If you are a contractor, Kitchen Pro is definitely highly recommended. Nice people, quality products, good price.

Had a great experience remodeling our kitchen with Kitchen Pro Cabinetry. The items were exactly as described, shipping, handling, billing, etc was spot on. The people were helpful with any changes that needed to be made, especially our designer, Johnny who had to make 4 or 5 changes to our layout and order before we finally settled on a fianl design. This was a case of getting more than I paid for.

As an engineer, working with skilled and efficient contractors puts my mind at ease. I was impressed with the 3D Computer pictures which gave us a great idea of what the finished product would look like. Cassi, our designer, even helped us customize portions of our kitchen and the two bathroom vanities we ordered from Kitchen Pro Cabinetry. The cabinets get a lot of "Oooos" and "Ahhhs" from our guests, so thank you all for your great product.

Excellent service and support. The value is also great, we saved thousands by using Kitchens Pro Cabinets and they look great! I am a kitchen professional, I've been a kitchen and bath remodeler for 20 + years and these cabinet are well worth the price.

We had a great experience with Kitchenpro. They offer free design services, just e-mail your kitchen dimensions and your wants/needs and they come up with a plan, letting you go back and forth with changes/adjustments till you are %100 satisfied. Something that would cost you 100's of dollars elsewhere. The cabinets are high quality, better then anything available at the big box store for the same price. By using Kitchenpro we were able to remodel our kitchen for a total of $4800-great value and service!

We recently bought a 55 year old house with what looked like a 25 year old kitchen. I was unhappily surprised to find the existing kitchen cabinets were broken when I went to refinish them, so off I went to the internet to find new ones. I found Kitchen Pro online and loved the Chestnut Shaker cabinets. I sent in pictures and dimensions to my designer, Caasi, and she whipped up a super-helpful layout and design that really helped me visualize the new kitchen.
Since this was a purchase I hadn't originally planned on making, the cost was a HUGE influence for me. I got a few quotes, but Kitchen Pro exceeded them and also provided the best customer service. They also had everything available to ship the next day which was an enormous benefit. When it came time to order Caasi walked me through the whole thing so I didn't miss a step. Their online system made it very easy, too. I tracked my order and then went back to reference what exactly was supposed to go where so many times.
I would absolutely refer everyone to Kitchen Pro!

Updating a kitchen yourself can be a daunting task. However, working with the designer at KitchenPro Cabinetry turned it into a great experience. Our designer helped us figure out how to almost double the storage space using the same footprint as our existing kitchen. She provided numerous options and recommendations that made our new kitchen have the qualities of high end finishes, without the high end price tag. Our kitchen turned out better than we could have imagined!

When we moved into our new 30 year old house the kitchen was the first thing we wanted to upgrade. Because we had so much we wanted to do besides the kitchen we didn't want to blow all our money on only the kitchen. One of our close friends told us to go online and look at Kitchen Pro Cabinetry. We had already looked at the two big home improvement stores and realized that we wouldn't get quality cabinets for what we wanted to spend with them. I then called Caasi at Kitchen Pro and after I took the measurements of the kitchen and sent them over, she produced a beautiful 3D rendering of what our kitchen could look like. We ordered with Kitchen Pro and got great quality cabinets for a price well within our budget. Very Easy to install and they came with everything we needed to finish the kitchen. I bought cabinets from Kitchen Pro Cabinetry in April 2010 for a remodel in our 1968 showcase home. I searched EVERYWHERE for glazed style cabinets. It seemed like this style was the most expensive finish I could have chosen...not true at Kitchen Pro. Their French Antique Glaze was in their value line! I ordered a sample and it was exactly what I was looking for. I was a bit scared of ordering a RTA (ready to assemble) cabinet but I am above average at following directions and assembly was easy. The company stands behind its product and supported me in a few minor problems. They offer designer service for free and the help is priceless! The cabinets are excellent quality and for cabinets under $5000 I have a kitchen that is the envy of all my friends! I would not hesitate to use this company again with another kitchen project and I tell all my friends about their services.

Kitchen Pro Cabinetry is an excellent company from which to buy unassembled cabinets. The professionals at Kitchen Pro are there to help every step of the way. They helped me in the designing process, answered questions, and providing images of what my kitchen would look. Their patience was a deal clincher, and once committed, they insured that I had ordered all the parts needed to finish my design. Once ordered, the cabinets arrived on schedule with no problemsre. They were easy to assemble, with simple instructions. Once you assembled one cabinets, no further instructions were needed. I did find one cabinet required some touch up paint and Kitchen Pro shipped me a small can of paint free of charge. I have received nothing but complements on these cabinets and have nothing but praise for the quality of Kitchen Pro's product.

My Experience When I bought my house the kitchen was original (1960) and badly needed to be upgraded. We were on a very tight budget and did not think we can afford to replace the kitchen. However, through Kitchen Pro we were able to not only upgrade the kitchen but create our dream kitchen. Kitchen Pro helped me along the way in designing and figuring out the best way to create a high-end kitchen without the high-end price tag.

My experience with Kitchen Pro Cabinetry has been nothing short of exceptional. The website is very easy to browse and shop. The staff was always very helpful. The quality of the product is outstanding. I shopped around quite a bit both locally and online before deciding on Kitchen Pro. I am very happy with my cabinets and would highly recommend them. The savings compared to other sources is phenomenal! I would have ended up spending twice as much for the same kitchen if I bought it elsewhere.

Variety of Selections & Immediate Delivery
We had limited time to finish kitchen remodel and looking for nice cream color grazed cabinets.
But most cabinets store were asking for 3 to 4 weeks waiting time.
I found another cabinets store who can ship in few days but not all cabinets they had in stock and we should change our plan.
I was lucky to find Kitchen Pro Cabinetry in internet. They have variety of selection of color, style and moldings.
Also they have all cabinets in stock and I could order and received in only two days.
We could finished a project on time and add beautiful moldings and corbel in matching color.

Our experience with Kitchen Pro cabinetry is one of our best memories from our full house remodel. The most experience I had ever had with home improvements involved a paint brush, but now we were taking on a complete kitchen gut-job. Needless to say we were nervous, but the staff at Kitchen Pro helped us through every step of the way. The RTA cabinety that they offer is absolutely amazing in quality and construction, everyone that sees our kitchen agrees! We priced cabinetry at the big box stores and other on-line shopping outlets and no-one even compares to the pricing, selection and quality that Kitchen Pro offers. I am so proud to show off our kitchen, It is beautiful, functional and looks like it cost a whole lot more than it actually did!

Just want to start off saying everybody loves my cabinets. I purchased my cabinets approx. a year ago and they look great. When I was looking for cabinets Kitchenpro was the only ones I could find that had the cabinet sizes and accessories. They even bet a competitors price and the competitor didn't have everything I needed. I had no issues with shipping. I was nerves about assembling the cabinets because I've never done anything like this before. I took my time and everything came out great. I have already recommended to family and friends. Their designers even found some of my errors and advised me of changes which should be made. Once ordered, the cabinets arrived on schedule with only minor damage to a door which was replaced with one phone call. They were easy to assemble, with simple instructions. Once you assembled one cabinets, no further instructions were needed. I did find one cabinet was missing some screws and Kitchen Pro shipped me a new set which arrived before I was finished so there was no delay in construction. I have received nothing but complements on these cabinets and have nothing but praise for the quality of Kitchen Pro's product.

Kitchen Pro Cabinetry has such of a variety of styles that look good. They have the best value you can find in cabinets. It is easy to build and install and will transform a room completely. As a first time renovator, I am extremely please with the outcome of my kitchen. My cabinets look top-of-the-line with features you do not find anywhere else for that price.

We had shopped around and knew we wanted something of quality and after all we had looked at we just could not afford the leading store bought brands and had just about given up but then we discovered Kitchen Pro and found that we could get the same type of quality construction and even better for less than half the cost of those other brands. Our sales representative, David Turek was an amazing help and the design services he provided were absolutely the best, above and beyond our expectations.
