If you need to take your dog to the kennel THIS is the place!
I picked The Kennel because it is near Burbank airport and let's face it, that is super convenient. I visited their facility to get a tour, and boarded Spuds for a week long trip. Everything was really professional every step of the way. I had a Pennysaver coupon and the guy even helped me arrange it so I basically got a free day. If you get a bath service the last day of boarding is free so it really works out great getting your pet all clean and smelling great at pick up. Everyone there seemed to truly like pets and so took really good care of my dog. I had a really good experience with them and would board my pet there again!

SCAM - SAVE YOURSELF!
This company will send product to you repeatedly, years after you actually ordered anything and lie to you over the phone. They will not communicate clearly, accept any returns and are by far among the WORST experiences I have ever had as a business owner. They have wasted countless hours of my time and lack integrity in a way you will not be prepared for. You will wish it was worth your time and money to take them to court, because they should be held accountable. A class action lawsuit is really almost necessary. Their unethical business practices become a harassment to your daily life. Just when you think you are done with them another box will arrive in the mail. They truly deserve ZERO stars.

Steer Clear!
I cannot begin to tell you how much I dislike this company. My experiences are the same as many. After multiple times asking them to stop sending me shipments and huge bills I still get calls that always say, "this is part of a shipment on an order you already placed. No one can seem to tell me when it was ordered and give me an itemized list of what and when it was or all should be delivered. Its a huge scam. Today when I was called again I got a little huffy because I am so tired of being told I owe money. I have never complained about a company like this before and I have been in the childcare business for 20 years. Don't give them your business. Don't!

Dishonest company engaged in duping customers
I have done business with this company for a few years and it took me a while to finally catch onto their scam. I have a color laser printer that takes expensive toner cartridges. After my initial order which was satisfactory, they would call back a few months later to say the second half of the pack I agreed to buy was just in and they would ship it to me. Because I couldn't really keep track of what pack I had supposedly ordered months before, I fell for it a couple of times before I realized they were scamming me. They called me again recently with the same deal that the second half of the pack I ordered had just arrived. I complained that I didn't want it, but that I did want the free cartridge that they had said they would give me that I never received. Instead of just sending me the free cartridge, they also sent me two additional cartridges and an invoice. I called to complain but now I am waiting for them to call me back so that I can return the unwanted items. Out of curiosity I did a little research and have found indeed that they are known for their bad sales practices.

CAUTION - SCAM IS THE ONLY WAY TO DESCRIBE THIS COMPANY
our story is similar to others - former clerk received phone offer for ink cartridges - then a bill for $972!! The staff has since been replaced and since I could find no proof of the products being returned I very stupidly paid just to get them to go away. What a mistake!! Now they are calling with the backordered nonsense I see thay have pulled on others. Never do business with this company - very bad news. This site won't let you give no star - they don't deserve the one.

Update to previous review
To recap: I work at Highland Church Daycare and have had an awful experience with this company. They began by sending "discounted" art supplies and then hit us with a huge bill that was not agreed upon. About six months later we received another call about back-ordered items and were hit with another huge bill. Since I posted my initial review I have done a little research into this company. No need to be taken aback by my review, it is all there for anyone to look through. When this company was United Business Supply, they lost their standing with the BBB (Better Business Bureau), now as Kleritec they are also rated F. This rating is directly related to the many unresolved complaints this company has against it. If this company just keeps changing its name to continue to dupe the public, perhaps the public should get wise and no longer deal with them. I have no problem posting my real name and where I work because, I know this is wrong and feel it is important for me to tell other small businesses to beware of this company! To be even more specific Karl is who we dealt with and he was aggressive, abusive and in general a pain in the rear.

COMPLETE SCAM
DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM KLERITEC. They send you unsolicited shipments and it's nearly impossible to get them to take them back. I called to request a RMA, they said they'd call our store to issue it. They never called. We had called them again, they said they would return the call within 24 hours. Two days later we call again, they state they have to speak to the person who ordered them. (no one ordered them). Then they asked us why we ordered them if we didn't want them. Excuse me, WE DIDN'T ORDER THEM!!! Then the receptionist was huffing at me because I hung up after being on hold for 10 minutes and called back. I can't believe this place stays in business. They should be negative stars! This is crazy!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH KELRITEC
This company is a complete rip off. Once you order from them you cannot get rid of them. I received my over priced order, paid the bill and thought I was done with the company. Then I get a phone call insisting that I have the "other half of your order" to be paid for, when there is no other half. Filed a complaint with the BBB about 9 months ago. Got a call from Carl Angel and after contentious conversations, the matter was resolved.....Or so I thought! I got a call yesterday from Eileen saying that my company owed thousands and needed to pay up immediately. Nonsense. We owe nothing. This company has no scruples. Stay far far away from them.

What a scam
Received supplies from this company. Could have bought locally for 1/2 the price. Then received a call that there were things on back order and that they were shipping them out. Not only did I receive these but a bill for $325.
A package of construction paper for $149.00 was also included. When trying to reach them by phone they keep saying they will call back.
What a horrible thing to do to schools.

HORRIBLE complete RIP OFF!
was called and offered toner at $45 each that locally is about $69 each so i said ok send me out 2 of them. I never got a bill and now 3 months later i get late notices and phones calls demanding $196.99. I informed them that i never saw any bill and was told that the toner was $45ea or why in the world would i pay $90 each for the same thing that i have been buying for the last 2 years every other month locally? and then pay to have it shipped as well. They were very demanding and basically said i was a liar. I paid them and told them to NEVER call on me again and to remove me from their marketing lists. That i feel totally ripped off and will never buy from them again... two days later I get a sales call a very friendly one at that trying to sell me more freaking toner and this time they even say they will give me a free one if i order 2 more... UMMMM YOU ALREADY LIED TO ME ABOUT THE PRICE THE FIRST TIME!!! so what do you want to bet if i was to say ok send them them out i get a box with three toners and in a couple months a bill for $270 + shipping. on top of it all didnt i just tell you two days ago to take me off your lists and that I never will buy from you again???? Fool me once shame on me fool me twice shame on me

Business Dealings are not honest
I agree with many of the previous reviews. I was called and offered a good deal on some craft supplies for our preschool (approx. $250). Received the supplies and paid the bill. Six months later I get a phone call saying the items that were on back order on now in and ready to ship. They said they told me about the backorder items--never happened. The box arrives and a week later a bill arrives (approx $300). Long story short every 6 months I get a phone call or a box---have repeatedly said no more and they continue to send box--latest box is over $900---that includes shipping! There is no way the merchandise is over $800!! I returned the box and they proceeded to refuse it and it is coming back to me. We are a small school--we do not have the money to pay for this. They keep telling me this is the last one. Beware of "good" deals.

I've got to give Kleritec's Sales Dept. A big thumb's up in appreciation of their sales personnel's help in providing my day care requirements for craft items. The sales rep that assisted me was extremely patient in answering all my questions and knowledgeable about every aspect of their art and craft products. In addition, I received my order in an expedient manner, as promised, and was very pleased with the rich variety of craft products, which my day care kids had a tremendous amount of fun with. Kleritec can certainly count of my next order!

I am pretty satisfied with the service I have gotten from Kleritec. When I first got my art supply package one of the paints had been damaged, & when I looked up the company online I read some bad reviews that scared me, but when I called everything got taken care of. They sent me another package with the paint in it that I needed, & didnt make me send back the damaged one, & I got a pretty good price for everything so I definitely cant complain, I am happy they got everything straightened out right away. Thank you!

I am a teacher at a local middle school. My students are very active. Someone suggested I get a wipe that addresses the Mersa virus. As I read that some kids in other states got Mersa and died. I was shocked to hear that. I did some research and I found Kleritec. They sent my first order, and I was happy to protect the kids. You can't keep them from playing sports and getting hurt. But you can protect them. I want to thank Kleritec for the good service and the speedy delivery of this much needed product. I hope who ever reads this looks into this towelet for kids every where

NEVER, EVER order from this company!!! They send merchandise you don't order and charge you more than you expected for it, they charge your credit card more than once and don't do anything about it - I had to cancel my card because of them! We are a small preschool and this kind of business RUINS our budget. I am shocked and amazed that a company like this can continue to do business.

I am very frustrated and disappointed in the way that Kleritec has misled and misrepresented themselves to me. In June of 2010 a Kleritec rep contacted me as the children's director at our church. They were offering what sounded like a good deal on arts and crafts supplies. Well, long story short, it's a year later, and just last week I received two more boxes of supplies. The phone call prior to this stated that I would be receiving items that were backordered from the original shipment, and there would be no charge. I have in front of me a bill for $1,315.98. Their representative on the phone said that I agreed to four installments of $598 when I signed up for this. Point 1: I would have NEVER agreed to such an outrageous amount of money for construction paper, glue, scissors, etc. that I could purchase at our local Walmart for a LOT less money. Secondly, I never recall in any of the phone conversations or any written documentation declaring that I would agree to any such arrangement.
In the year of being with them, I have received four total boxes. They're trying to convince me that these last two (which are part of the four) are actually two ADDITIONAL boxes of "freebies". I know that I have not received six boxes from them. I feel that I have been duped into a total scam and was never given a complete picture of what this offer entailed.
