Bunch of liars.they are becoming rich ripping off illegals working for them and selling to them what a horrible place. All those individuals who have or had problems with La Curacao, I suggest you start having reports created at the BBB. I too have problems with the La Curacao in Phoenix Arizona. They placed an insurance charge which I did not asked for. Tried their customer service and they gave me the run a run between Los Angeles main office and the Phoenix store at 7815 W Thomas. The conversation reminded me of the TV commercial that dealed with some credit card.

Last year thanksgiving time I went to this store CHINO BRANCH with my parents and 12 months old baby. My dad was holding my baby walking on the front and I followed him. Suddenly I was felt down, do you know why? There was a juice on the floor. After I felt down, I was so mad because my back was very hurt and my hand too, at that time no body came until I yell. I said can I talked to your manager, my god they never answer me and they just tried to clean up the floor and hide THE EVIDENCES. During that time they told me you are welcome to called Ambulance but we are not responsible for the medical bill in hospital. I thought they have someone can check my back is hurting or give me something to relieve my pain. They CALLED FIRE DEPARTMENT TO CHECK MY BACK, IS THIS REDICIOUS!!! THEY SAID THEY CAN SEND ME TO ER ROOM. my god, later I talked to the manager, he make ma feel I look like a ball kick to another person, he said I gave you phone number, you can to visit your own doctor and sent all the bill to him, well after I did everything, and I called back to that guy and their company insurance guy, THEY ALL DISAPPEARRING. POSSIBLE THEY DIDN'T BUY THE BUSINESS LIABILITY INSURANCE AND THEY DON'T WANT TO PAY!! BUT I VISITED DOCTOR 2 TIMES, ONLY $80. THEY ARE CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP LIKE THAT, THEY MAKE ME FELT DOWN ON THEIR SHOP AND THEY TRIED TO AVOID THE PROBLEM!!! THIS IS THE CHEAPEST STORE AND BAD STORE EVER IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are HORRIBLE! They sold me a bedroom set and they said they were in stock but I had to pick up the set at the warehouse. The girl asked me if I wanted delivery for $80 more and I said no .When I was home they called me and said never mind you need to pick up your money we sold out! what they did was sell my bedroom set to a person who was willing to pay the $80 delivery fee. They are a bunch of crooks that just want to scam you and steal your money. Please take your money elsewhere because this store will rip you off and their customer service is horrible.

I open credit on 2008 and i'm really happy with the service and the treatment they have given me. I bought a nintendo ds,3 ipod touch,laptop,car stereo,wall mount and installation and i'm really happy with the service. One of the ipods wasn't workingf and i took it to fix and they told me it wasn't fixable and i got a new one. Then my laptop wasn't working properly part of the keyboard wasn't working after a year i had it with me and they tried to fix it and after the 3rd time i told them to exchange it for a new one and the only thing i paid was the difference in cost of new one and insurance. To me that's acceptable.. I just paid off my debt and i will deffinitely will go back. Oh and the prices are high but, they give you credit to start off. and low low payments. I owed $3.000 and asked them to put my payment's as $150 a month and that helped. I'm happy og how they had treated me as a customer. :)

This company continually calls me at home with a prerecorded message in Spanish - I have never heard of this store nor have I ever signed up to be called by them. I try to get to an operator and have called the number back with no luck. Very frustrating.

My experience shopping at La Curacao has been good for 10 years, this company is one of the largest in the Latino community where their prices are standard as well as best buy Wallmark, La Curacao is a bilingual company where they make the client feel who are in their country, where they give an opportunity for the Latino community had their first credit.

HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!!. I bought a laptop and a GPS, both with a four year warranty. I was promised that they would fix any problems or replace the product if it did not have a solution. When my laptop broke I took it to the store and they fixed it with tape, it took it once again a second time, and I was told that the next time it would be replaced by the store manager. Now my laptop has the same problem and they wont replace it. Horrible costumer service, I had an argument with supervisors and the store manager they are liars. With my GPS they told me that it was the charger that didn't work and that they didn't cover accessories. I bought 4 chargers somewhere else and none make it work. They wont fix my GPS. This is the worse store to ever buy something, they offer credit to people with fake social security numbers. Their interest rate is super high, you can never stop paying and they will always find a way to pretend like you didn't make a payment, this has happened to me twice.

This place is horrible! I bought two laptops for my granddaughters at a black friday sale there a couple of years ago. the salesman sold me this warranty and told me if anything happens to the laptops just bring em back and they will repair or replace them at no charge. Well I took the laptops back to be repaired and they wont repair them. they said that whatevers wrong with them isnt covered in the warranty. We tried to explain to the manager that when we bought the warranty the sales man said that everything is covered and that there wouldnt be any charge that it would be like "having a brand new computer for the next 4 years" and the manager said there wasnt anything he could do. So we came this route thru the BBB and we still havent had any response from La Curacao and they still have the laptops.

Horrible experience on Black Friday. Computer went down and supervisors were not able to inform us when would they be back up. Took me almost 4 hours to purchase a computer. Service, attitudes and cooperation from supervisors where just a no, no. All I was informed after several attempts was "computer are down go back in line"

I NEVER THOUGHT THIS WAS GONNA GO THIS POINT, BUT DAMN THOSE PEOPLE AT THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT ARE HORRIBLE ANSWERING QUESTIONS, AND GIVING INFORMATION. WHEN YOU HAVE ANSWERS THEY JUST START TALKING NON STOP! AND THEN THEY TRANSFER YOU FROM DEPARTMENT TO DEPARTMENT. SOME GUY JUST TOLD ME IF I WOULD IT HAD PAY I WOULDN'T BE OWNING THEM AND HANG UP ON ME. THIS DOES NOT LOOK FOR THE COMPANY AND IT DOES TAKE EFFECT AND A LOT.
