From my initial contact to the completion of the loan, I feel like like a very valued customer. Sherwin was friendly, confident and knows his "Stuff". He was instrumental in locking our low rate in place and getting the ball rolling. Due to his expertise
we were able to obtain our goal of lowering our current rate by over 3%. The rates went up within just a couple of days following our lock in rate thanks to Sherwin's quick thinking and Immediate notice of how to proceed. Friends of ours used another company

I just completed my refi with Loan Depot. It was a pleasurable experience and that's saying alot for even the best companies out there. I switched from "The Mortgage Mafia" Wells Fargo. They saved me tons of Money monthly got me a lower Int rate than I
expected and closed in 30 days from initiation. I have already recommended Loan Depot to a friend and plan to do the same for many more. I would like to especially Thank M Hearn for being so knowledgabe in the industry and offering me options that the other

Loan Depot was great!!!! Not only did they offer the best rates with the lowest fees I could find, but the process from start to funding was exactly 5 weeks! Thank you to Stephen Tessier and Jason Reno for making this refi relatively painless and so quick.
My situation is not the norm for mortgage banking as I have a property which is unconventional (2 units on one lot- 2 addresses but only one parcel number) as well as a job that is unconventional (I am an independent contractor/self employed but get w-2s.....Very
confusing to the corporate world). Despite these issues, my refi went off without a hitch. What people must remember is that due to the real estate crisis in the last few years you MUST be ready to provide any and all documentation and be willing to write
explanation letters for anything that is unconventional. If you cannot provide the documents needed your refi will be delayed and the longer it is delayed you run the risk of losing a great deal. My advice, DEFINITELY use loan depot but make sure you have
your documentation ready to go. (Past 2 years taxes, w-2s, 1099s, homeowners insurance declarations, property tax bills, bank statements, current mortgage statements, trust documents etc). Happy refinancing!

We tried to refinance from a 5.75% 15yr-fixed and locked in at 2.5% 10yr-fixed. Our monthly payments would've been less and paid off sooner. We asked for $250K loan on a house appraised at $575K. After submitting approx. 150 pages of paperwork, paying
fees, then waiting for almost a month, we finally get an email response from Giorgio who said he had been trying to call us ... We never received that call (apparently they had a wrong number ... Really?). Our loan was denied because our C-Corp business posted
a loss last year for the first time in its 49 years (the P&L this year shows a gain as of 11 months, but apparently they will only look at the most recent tax returns and not the P&L for this fiscal year that ends at the end of this month). First of all it's
a C-Corp., so we are merely employees and shareholders of the business ... Our income is not affected by the gains or losses of the business (which falls solely on the corporation) and our only liability is as shareholders. If the company were to go bankrupt,
our only loss would be the value of our shares. In fact, our income would probably increase as our salary is at the low end of our profession. It would be as if we were employees of a major corporation and owned stock in that company ... Our only risk would
be the value of the shares we own. My wife and I have a combined income which is more than enough to qualify for such a small loan (in fact, we've each qualified for larger loans in the past that have since been paid off), our credit rating is immaculate (750-795),
our assets can more than cover this loan 15 times over, and we have NO DEBT except for this mortgage and $12K on a car. We have never missed a payment on any loan, our credit cards are paid off each month, and we certainly would not default on a $250K loan
for a house worth $575K! I politely asked that they reconsider this loan, as the underwriter may have mistaken in assuming that my company was an S-Corp rather than a C-Corp, as is the case with most small businesses (in an S-Corp., as well as L.L.C.'s, partnerships
and sole proprietors - income and tax consequences "pass through" to its owners and personal liability is greater). Again, my request was denied without any offer to research our financial situation any further. I have no doubt that we more than qualify for
this loan and the inability of this company to work with me leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Interest rates have increased about 0.5% since I applied for this loan, so it makes me wonder ... Of course, we will take our business elsewhere, but we have wasted
valuable time and money with this company. Customer service started out good - high praise to Leonard who started out the loan process and was very amicable. Low marks for underwriters, production manager (Giorgio), and credit manager who failed to work with
potentially good customers. Perhaps they are just "too busy " to go out of their way ... Even still, that's not an excuse I would allow for my employees!

Fast and Excellent Service- Home Refinancing Loan @15 years fixed
I would like to recognize Jared Plonski (Mortgage Banker) and Bethany Nielsen (Senior Account Manager) for the work they did on our home refinancing loan - 15 years fixed. Jared delivered as promised - locked in a low rate, completed in a short time frame,
organized and professional service! He reviewed the application, asked questions, and gave me confidence that the loan will be approved. I was impressed with Jared for his responsiveness and customer support. Late on a Friday evening, he called me at home
because I had left a voicemail (after business hours) for him about questions on closing documents. He called back promptly and this was very helpful. He went out of his way and this was very appreciated. Bethany was also very professional and kept me informed
about the status of the loan. She managed the closing process well. The whole process took a little over 30 days from the first call to signing closing documents (started early April completed early May). Everything was handled via phone and email, except
for the signing which was done in person. A notary came to the house. I would recommend everyone to call Jared and to have Bethany help manage their loan. I am very satisfied with their work. Jared and Bethany did an excellent job! Back story- Prior to calling
LoanDepot, a loan application and all of the back-up documents was completed with a mortgage broker (not a direct lender) and he strung us along for 6 months! It never got approved and none of the application conditions were any different. He was terrible
and personal experience made me doubtful of the entire mortgage industry. LoanDepot was successful where someone else failed.

Best Loan Service Ever
My experience with LoanDepot simply was the best ever. After dealing with two loan agencies and failing to refinance for my town home + wasting me up to $1000 for appraisal, I contacted LoanDepot staff Bryan Zada who was recommended to me by a good friend
of mine. My situation was kind of special and has a lot of conditions that my previous loan agents hated to deal with. These including second loan subordination, high loan to value ratio, land lease, credit issue and so on. I brought all the concerns up front
and Bryan was very professional in handling all these issues and help me getting the loan approved. He always is prompt in updating progress and reply with great answers for my concerns. I feel totally respected and valued as a customer. Then I was passed
over to Jake Han, the account manager to help me get everything done. Jake was also super too. He was professional, skillful and made everything such a smooth process for me. Now my loan has been closed and the refinance saved me lots of money. Thank you LoanDepot!

FHA 30 Year Refinance on My Primary Residence
I have been in the real estate business since the year 1989. This process of refinance was fast and easy. I was able to tell the representative of LoanDepot (Chad Anderson) what my goals were, and he help me fulfill all of them with no problems. I needed
to bring down my interest rate from a 5.5% to a 3.5%. I wanted to bring no money down at closing, and I wanted to skip two payments, and I also wanted to add my wife to the deed. I don't want this review to sound like it is an advertisement, but all my request
to the representative of LoanDepot was completed on time. It took one month on the dot. I started the process on April 23rd 2013 and completed on May 23rd 2013. LoanDepot is the best. I did not need a lawyer but I have a lawyer so I used them to double check.
I was told by my lawyer that I have a great deal and they will refer LoanDepot to their clients that need help with mortgage. I also will get a certificate that says if the rates go down within five years of my previous refinance that they will refinance me
again with no cost. Keep in mind everyone situation is different. This is great!!!!

The process of refinancing with LoanDepot proved to be delightful once again. From start to finish, Chad Anderson and Sonya Guzman were professional and helpful at each step of the process. Taking advantage of lower interest rates was simple, easy, and
straightforward. There were no hidden or unexplained steps. I would choose LoanDepot again if the interest rate goes lower to justify refinancing. I highly recommend their knowledgeable and courteous staff to all who may benefit from their service.

I had a very positive experience working with LoanDepot. Justin Butler worked extensively with me. He took the time to answer all my questions and led me through the process. At one point it seemed like the loan may not go through due to a misunderstanding
of my loan documents. Justin continued to work hard to get all of the issues cleared. This was the first time I worked with a company on-line. Everyone was very responsive. Any questions I had were immediately responded to. Sometimes I needed to leave messages,
but my calls were returned promptly. I recommend this company.

Patient and Kind Service-Brett Payne & Sebrina Bohanan
I just recently refinanced my house with loan depot. I am the type of person who is afraid of change and is very hesitant to do something as involved as refinancing your home. I think of it as "if it isn't broken don't fix it!" However, I received a letter
in the mail from Loan Depot saying that my mortgage payment would go down drastically, so I gave them a call. I spoke to Brett Payne, a mortgage banker. He was very helpful in explaining the process and giving me exact figures for my new payments. After speaking
with him many times, meaning probably everyday for about 2 weeks, I finally made the leap to go through with the refinance. I signed the paperwork and even before sending it back called Brett again with more questions. He got to know me very well and was happy
to answer my questions every time. I also worked with Sebrina Bohanan once my application was accepted. She made sure to keep me up to date on the whole process as it was occurring. Then during the signing of the documents at the closing...I had questions
again. I was able to call and speak to Brett and he was more than happy to help me through that scary process as well. Needless to say, I am very satisfied with Loan Depot and everyone who worked with me to make the refinancing of my home so easy and successful.

Try another refi company
Started our refi mid February with a loan officer who seemed to disappear. Sometime near mid March another one surfaced and said we would close very soon. Didn't close til April 29th. First loan officer said for our "no cost" refi we would pay $347.00.
We agreed to that but a few days before closing ,Ryan, our new loan officer said we needed to pay $1177.43 to close. Since it was end of month and we hadn't made April's mtge payment we felt like we should pay it and just close. Really sorry we did. Ryan also
told us we would get more than $600.00 back from our escrow account. We got $68.00. When I emailed him he said it was because our taxes were double paid by old mtge company B of A and Loan Depot. Maybe they should have checked! Was a very stressful experience
not being able to reach anyone the first 30 days and then having to come up with $1177. It seems they made a lot of money on this "NO COST" refi and we paid too much.

I was skeptical at first, having half-filled out a home-loan questionnaire online while waiting for an unrelated document to open elsewhere. Mike, the mortgage banker I chose to work with, was very skilled at making me comfortable with the process, explaining
each step, every item in the loan without losing patience with my endless questions. It was actually a learning experience. He took the time to get to know me and never rushed me off the phone to close the next deal. I've found many people in this business
alarmingly quick speaking, bombastic and aggressive. Mike was the opposite. He actually listened. Channi was also helpful and warm. Both kept their word and followed up when promised. I felt like a valued client - not a customer.

Cody was very efficient, prompt, professional and thorough from beginning to end during the refinance process. With this type of transaction there are a lot of questions and he knew all of them and even when I got a little frustrated trying to understand

Quick and Easy- Excellent Experience
I wasn't sure if I wanted the hassle of refinancing my home, but with interest rates so low decided to check out my options. I contacted Loan Depot along with a few other lenders and was impressed with the low rates and fees as well as with straightforward
information provided by Erik Sandoval. Once I decided to go ahead, he assisted with setting up the initial paperwork and was very helpful and accessible. The whole refi process was easy, and the account manager, Pary Park, who managed the remainder of the
process, answered all of my questions and returned phone calls/e-mails promptly, and the loan funded within 3 weeks of my initial phone call!
