Esta compania nos llamo a nuestra casa ofresiendo una modificacion en nuestra Ipoteca de la casa, nos pidieron $750 dollars que era la mitad de el costo total por modificar el prestamo y ofresieron bajarlo de 5,6% al 3.5% que es bastante y aceptamos mandamos el dinero,,, ese fue un error,,despues de 14 meses aqui etamos sin rresultados y pedimos nuestro dinero de rregreso como lo abian prometido si no conseguian rresultados en dos meses devolberian el total del dinero,,, mentiras y mas mentiras cada vez que llamamos dicen que estamos en tramites de un nuevo programa que nos bajara el pago,y las ultimas llamadas dicen que lla ni se rrecuerdan de nosotros que lla paso mucho tiempo que nos olbidemos de ese dinero

We were contacted y this FRAUDULENT company June 2010, they guaranteed us a loan modification, we sent them 1000 and they did nothing on our behalf, they did not contact the lender or return our calls, I email them demanding emails about my money everyday, I want to sue them and get my money back!

I agree with all the reviews I have read. According to our mortgage lender they have had no communitcation or request for loan modification. It is DEc and I enrolled in June. This was to take approximately 90 days. They just
keep telling me that our case has been updated and that it is in fact our mortgage lenders fault because they are not communicating with them. What concerns me even more is that fact that there are so many complaints against them with the BBB yet they are still in business. I don't even know how to go about getting my money back. They need to be sued and put out of business. This is totally not right!

I, like what seems like everyone else here, have had a horrible experience with this company. I go to the Clerk of Court in one week for my last foreclosure meeting. They will sign the order if something isn't done by then. I signed up with NMS in May and now it is December. I think I have actually spoken with someone 3 or 4 times and gotten maybe that many responses to my emails. They do not do any of the things they say they will. Greg Hart was the first person I spoke with. He called me in May and told me that they could lower my payments to around $500/month and that it would probably be finished around August. I had explained to him that I couldn't pay them and the house payment. He said that I was already late on the house so not paying them would not be a big deal and it would only be a couple of months anyway. I believed him. That was so stupid on my part. If anyone has any suggestions on how to get the fee back from this fraudulent company, please let me know. So depressing. And for those who are considering using them, RUN!!! Run as far and as fast in the opposite direction as you can.

Nationwide Mediation Services is terrible. They guarantee that all monies paid to secure retainer are refundable if resolution is retained, well it was and we were denied and since July I have been struggling with this company to get my refund of $2000. back. Starting with the receptionist who hangs up on you or puts you on eternal hold only to find the person your looking for is not in yet. The employees who give you different names all the time and tell you they'll take care of it but then never call you or you can never get a hold of them. This company is just taking people money and not doing anything for them. They should not be able to remain in business at all.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..... on 08-12-10 I sent them a check for $725.00 they requested $750.00 up front and $750.00 at the end but told me to deduct the postage to express mail the check to them. After I sent them a check no calls no answers!!! Today is 09-27-10 I had to go to court for a summons received this company said they would take care of it but did NOTHING.......... I have been calling every couple of days no 1 will return my phone call!!!!!

Please don't use these people. They lie lie lie lie lie. I called citi mortgage and they never got anything from nationwide. I will never use these company and I will be open a account on facebook , twitter, and send ouir emails of fraud thru email from yahoo about this company ...And lastly I will post on YOUTUBE as well. I have called my local news station to warn the people in my state about this company ....

I gave Nationwide Mediation Services $1,100.00 for a loan modification. They promised me that they could get me a modification at 2% and tack on all the past due payments to the end of my mortgage. The could not do it and never informed me. They do not return calls!
They promised to reimburse my money in full if by any chance they failed to get my loan modified. Guess What!! I've been totally scammed. Stay away from this company. Call the HUD counselors who will help you to discuss your situation with your bank for FREE! Nationwide Mediation Services are the nastiest low life's out there. BE CAREFUL. Keep your money!!!!
These creeps deserve ZERO stars. They have an "F" rating with BBB. They take you money and lie to you when you're already down!

I repeat do not use this company". This company is completely a thief in the nite. I received a call from the one and only Jason Delacruz, known as the smooth talker. Too be honest, I think these people are using false names when they call you with terrific news that you want to hear. I was told the same thing that, I was approved for a 3% interest rate reduction or lower if possible an or a principle reduction. I know that was foolish for me to fall for the old okie dokie. Its entirely my fault for sending in money to a company that, I should have done a background check on. But I partially hold NMS responsible for false advertisement too. I never received anymore call from them after they took the money for the services. When I call, they always had an excuse for every little thing just to get you off the phone. I would call the CA office; they would say you would need to speak to the AZ office; we're not affiliated with them. Let me say this an what I did to find out that this company is a bunch of "BullSh.. I had an informant that worked for CitiMortgage. That person would check my file just about everyday to see if NMS was doing what they supposed to be doing; there was no communication between Citi or NMS. That let me know they were taken ppl money for the hell of it. NMS would call me back and tell me after I had found out what they were not doing was communicating with Citi.{1} They would tell me Citi call and requesting that I send in financial statement etc to open file. So I would fax over everything to NMS thinking they would forwarded it on over to Citi;" It never happen". My informant informed me of no signs of any documentation from NMS. By that time I had enough of the lies, so I mailed out a letter requesting to cancel my services and a full refund for services never rendered. But the refund, we will see how that will go if you no what I mean. I have reported these guy's to FTC hopefully their will be some justice for there actions.

This company is a complete joke. They took my money and provided no services. Just like every other post on here they do not return phonecalls or emails. I call every day at least 5 times a day and speak to different people. My loan mod has been denied. they knew about if for weeks and did not tell me. I now have a sale date on my house that is less then 2 weeks away. They have stolen so much more from than the $1000 I paid them. I have spent nights awake cyring and now I have lost my home and have nowhere else to go. Thanks alot. They are liars and crooks. PLEASE do not use this company. I will write reviews on every website I find regarding this company in hopes that I help 1 person save their home because this company will not.

I used this companies services and was ripped off. I was unable to get in contact with them so I did a chargeback through my credit card company and got my money back. Please read the 5 complaints they have including the 4 they never answered.

DONT trust this company-liars, every single one of them. They took $1,500 of our money that I had to put on a credit card in hopes they would do what they said and give us this great mediation on both our mortgages but instead I took a chance and got burned. They won't return your phone calls, they will do what everyone else said in these posts, the person you wants voice mail is full so not taking messages, you call the home number and they say that person was moved to Arizona, its a total joke. We have spoken to so many people there including the so-called boss who did nothing and also stopped returning calls. All we want now is our money back we desperately need but probably won't get, very hard lesson to learn. We ended up modifying with Citi ourselves for free and I'm in the process of doing the same with our second. I had to take out $ from my retirement to catch up my loans after this company told me to stop making payments to them-they've been nothing but a stress on us and only made our situation so much worse. These people have no conscience and can sleep just fine at night, they don't care what it is doing to you. Times are tough and hard but everyone just try to hang in there!

I hired this compny over 2 months ago. I was told that my modification would be done within 6weeks. At first I received phonecalls and my rep was very easy to contact. Since I paid the first $1000 I have not heard anything. I call and email several people every week with no response. I don't know if the previous reviews are from actual customers or employees. I just know of my experience and it is horrible. I understand these things take time but all I want is some sort of update. That seems to be too much to ask. My advice is take your money elsewhere!

Im very concerned with the legitimacy of this company, I have read the previous reviews with individuals having succsess with them and thats great however they contacted us promising a 3% interest rate negotiation through our current lender citimortgage, Tyler wanted me to electronically sign the forms via email, when I told him I wanted to review the documents before I signed anything he told me "I could research his company online" , "I had wasted enough of his time, he had other people to help and that he had already postponed an appointment to talk to me" He then hung up on me. He went from nice to jerk in about three seconds. I would be very cautious about dealing with them. They wanted $1000 up front before I could review any paperwork.

So far I am very unsatisfied with this company. I paid $800 on may 11 2010, when originally they asked for 1000. So wow I saved 200 for what ? Here it is June 15 and I cannot get any calls returned receive any status on my stuff. Further more I found out my lender offers same loan modify for $000.00 wow what a bargain don't I feel like an idiot. I read about 10 good reviews from these guys and pulled the trigger now I wait. And from all indications I feel I will have to see this through myself my advice save a grand and do it YOSELF... But I do have to admit after doing some digging they did at least contact my lender with the legal part . You know so they can speak on my behalf and such. But like I said I am not impressed with their help once I paid I was not so important to them and that's a FACT !!!
