I want to thank you New American Funding and particularly to Matt Allsopp. You are definitely one of the best customer service I had the pleasure of working with. You definitely hung in there and found any which way we can go to get the loan. I had at least 4 or 5 lenders that just gave up because they realize how difficult my loan was, and didn't put the effort in trying to find a way to get a me a good loan. Just seem to me that the other lenders didn't really care to get my business or care about my situation. My feelings is that Matt and New American Funding care about me and my situation enough to help, especially since we have been trying to get a loan for 4 months. Honesty and integrity is a characteristic of a professional and reputable person, you have well earned my compliments.

Fantastic Experience with Shaun Panochit at New American Funding
Shaun Panochit at New American Fundind made some promises that I really thought he would not be able to keep. I was really wrong there. He did everything he promised and made getting this loan through and closed a breeze, and did it all in 10 days. I have sold real estate for almost 30 years, and have found out the hard way that online mortgage companies, which seem to be the wave of the future, are sometimes hard to trust. Have no doubts here when considering using New American Funding and Shaun Panochit. Trust that what he tells you he can do will be followed through and that he will keep you very well informed throughout the entire process. I really can't recall in my long Real Estate career having someone close a loan this fast. Thanks Shaun.

Strong recommendation
I wanted to let you know about the excellent service I received in getting my loans processed and approved. I was able to get two rental property loans locked in on the same day I called and inquired about rates, thanks to the dedication and hard work done by Carlene Delegal and her team.
I had been working with my local bank for 2 months trying to get a decent rate for rental property. At one point they attempted to lock me in but the loan officer submitted it after the deadline, therefore I was back to square one. It became very frustrating. I felt like she was not aware of the loan programs available to me. I began to feel like I was another loan number and not a human being.
I decided to call New American Funding after hearing their ad on the radio. I was excited when I called; the rate was lower than the banks lowest quote and the process was started immediately. I was told I would qualify for the HARP program. By the end of the day, both loan applications were completed, rates were locked and everything was submitted to processing. WOW!!
Carlene’s dedicated, hard working team also made this possible. She couldn’t have closed this loan without Katy Santoyo; her knowledge, skills and experience and the funder, Bruce Le who came in over the weekend both Saturday and Sunday to make sure the loans were funded by Monday. I received e-mails on a frequent basis with status updates. Both loans were funded within 21 days as advertised.
I would recommend New American Funding to anyone who is thinking about getting a loan. They are experts in their field, make the process easy, and communicate with you every step of the way.

JENNY ALLEN,Loan Officer for New American Funding was simply FANTASTIC during the entire process.It was quick(from initial application to funding in less than 30 days)and easy, especially since I am located out of state. She and AARON PRYOR,Loan Processor,kept me informed every step along the way.This loan could have not closed in such a timely manner without the dedication and professionalism of Jenny and Aaron.

Mortgage Refinance
I was interested in refinancing my FHA loan. I was referred to New American Funding and Bruce Wagner. I was skeptical that refinancing could be so easy, cheap and quick. Bruce took the time to explain how the program works and it genuinely is virtually a no cost refi (I have refinanced in the past and the costs really added up). In addition, the way mortgage is now required to be funded has changed since I got my loan, resulting in an increase in the monthly required payment. I left Bruce a message and he got a back to me right away and explained the federally required changed for MI. All in all, the refi process was smooth, easy and fast. I would definitely recommend Bruce and New American Funding.

Impressive!
I'm a retired banker, and I know good service. Carlene Delegal provided us with EXCELLENT service. Our HARP refinancing took exactly 12 business days from application to funding. There were no surprises: Carlene kept us informed every step of the way, and the estimated closing costs and funding date were right on. I recommend Carlene to anyone who needs a lender.

Re-financing
I love New American Funding! I was working with Daniel Flores and he was amazing. He answered every question I had, explained everything to me (about a million times because I kept forgetting what he'd told me!) and was great about getting information and answers back to me quickly. I highly recommend him, I was extremely happy with the service I received and I will be recommending all my family and friends to Daniel Flores and going to him for all of my future refinances.

Great Agent, Easy process
I had a great experience working with Daniel Flores from New American Funding. He was extremely quick to respond, he did a great job answering my questions with thorough explanations, and he took the time to come up with multiple scenarios so we could weigh the best choices for us. We handled this re-fi remotely, and even so, I felt I got plenty of customer service and attention. I mostly care about the numbers, and he was able to break everything down so it was simple to follow. I'd highly recommend him and New American Funding.

It's all about the customer
I just closed with New American Funding for the second time. No, this wasn't because of a problem with the first loan, but due to a great first experience! Loan Agent Shaun Panochit was outstanding in both transactions. He made sure I knew every detail and helped put me in the best loan for my situation. The second closing happened after Shaun called me out of the blue to offer better rates on our first loan. After discussing our situation, Shaun advised to wait on a refinance until my loan to value was slightly better. He monitored the value and called again when the time was right. Typically, when you close a mortgage, the only communication you have afterwards are statements and loan coupons.
I would recommend Shaun with New American Funding to my family, friends, and anyone else inquiring about a trustworthy company and agent to do business with.

May, 2012 FHA Streamline
I recently finished an FHA Streamline refinance with New American Funding, and Shaun Panochit was my loan agent. I was initially contacted by New American Funding via a postcard mailing. I am skeptical of such random offers by nature, so it took me several phone conversations and some checking to make sure it was on the up and up before I agreed to the refinance. Shaun was extremely informative and professional as he explained the rationale behind the FHA Streamline, as well as the process and even how New American Funding makes their money on them. He answered every question I had in a very straight-forward, easy to understand manner. Once the process began, Shaun was in contact for every step via telephone and email. On the rare occasion I would miss Shaun at his office and have to leave a voicemial, he would get back with me the same day, usually within an hour or two. I am impressed with how smooth the entire process went. We did everything by email, and when the process was complete and it came time to sign, they sent a notary directly to my house for convenience. The end result was that I went from a 4.25% rate to a 3.75% rate, with no out of pocket costs to me. In my case the savings are not huge, but considering it was done at no personal expense, it was a no-brainer to make the refinance. To summarize, I was completely satisfied with New American Funding in general, and Shaun Panochit specifically. I recommend anyone with an FHA loan that is 0.5% or higher than the current market rate get with New American to discuss a Streamline.

Horrible Service New American Funding
The experience I had with New American Funding was horrible. They get all your information and don't give you answer or reply on what your status is. I have a 755 FICO and should have NO problem acquiring a loan. I am a little concerned that New American Funding received all my information and had NO response back from them. Therefore have all my information. When I emailed them back to cancel my new loan application. All they said was my information has been cancelled and destroyed. The loan officer was Jeff Keen. He appeared to be friendly and professional. He was on point to get all my information and let me know about the company. Once he received all my info he never corresponded with me about progress. Anyhow its been a disappointing experience with New American Funding. I'm sure not all people will experience the same thing. My current broker is awesome and made me feel like they are handling every aspect of the loan process and correspond in a timely manner. To bad New American Funding could not execute the same kind of service.

New American Funding did just as they advertised they would do they were efficient, quick and had the most friendly service David Gordon was knowledgeable and let my husband and myself know what was happening throughout the entire process which took a total of 16 days. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!
I would like to let everyone know what a great experience I have had with New American Funding, specifically Shaun Panochit (Loan Agent). I received a post card in the mail because I have an FHA loan, and there was a possibility that I could refinance my home at a lower rate, through a Streamline process. I called New American Funding and spoke with Shaun around 06/2011. After just a few weeks I was able to get a lower rate and reduce my monthly payment $150.00,and it was at no cost to me!!! The process was easy! Shaun explained everything to me in terms I could understand. He emailed me frequently throughout the process and ensured that I knew what was coming up next, until the loan was funded. The best thing was Shaun kept up with my loan and when it appeared that I may be able to refinance again to get a lower rate, he contacted me. Because of his hard work, I was able to again refinance my loan this month 04/2012 again no cost to me, and reduce my payment even more!!! I received the same great service as the first time and can't believe how much money I am saving in interest on my home. Again, this has been a wonderful experience and I can honestly report full satisfaction with New American Funding.

Closed Refinance review
My wife and I just recently closed our refinance with New American Funding and could not be happier with our overall experience. Our loan officer Keith Bailey took great care of us throughout the whole process and our loan closed with ease in less than 30 days. Keith was very attentive to all our questions and helped us understand every process up until closing.
