Alterados los minutos en cada llamada,tres veces ha pasado,simplemente me llaman y me dicen que 3 dolares de descuento..Son unos incompetentes,millonessssssssssss de taxes sobre el cargo por llamadas.TODO UNA ESTAFA.NO LA RECOMIENDO A NADIE.

nueara telecome are not fair in their dealings total fraud & cheaters
They are lier & cheater,they charged around $38 in the start,they told me that time we will adjust this ammount in your last bill,now when i told them i want to cancel the service adjust your bill from my deposit,ist answer was our policy is to pay the bill first then we will send the check,2 days latter they inform me your deposit is only around $ 3 &that is not refudable if you paid to us give us the proof,now it is not that easy to give them 3,4 years old record of my card.any way its not a big ammount ,but they will give you wrong infomation in the start ,so in simple words they are not fair in their dealig.

Scam
This company is a big scam Don't sign up. They will offer you 1cent A min but will charge you 40 cent for the first min than 1 cent pulse taxes 6 cent a min. But they won't tell u anything u have to read the Little writing. Don't get it... If you did sign up cancel ur card that u used......

Worst service ever.
I was using this phone service to call my home country before i think 2 years.
I was told that my telecom minutes will not be used. so I can call anytime to my home country.
So after a month my telephone bill came and it was more than 700 $.
I called My telecom service and ask about reason for that and they said the number which was given from Nuera was not free number.
So every time i call they charge me
I called NuEra may be more than 3-4 times but no one is willing to solve my issue. They continuously denied for solving that problem. Telling they can not do anything. They can give credit on phone and all but i dont want to continue with someone who give wrong information to the customer.
So i have to deal with my phone service by myself.
They are now calling me again and again by saying that they have my deposit of 39$.. I continuously saying i don't want to deal with you or need my money.. Just don't want to deal with them. Still they keep calling me. I dont know how after more than 2 years they remember to give me my money back.
Cause of them i already paid many to my carrier.
NEVER EVER USE THIS SERVICE

Here is something that all of you should know!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS PHYSICALLY LOCATED in the PHILIPPINES, NOT IN MIAMI FLORIDA!! My girlfriend is Filipina and she also works for this company. She tried to persuade me to do business with this company and told me that the $38.95 is a "security deposit" but if you look on the NuEra Telecom website, it clearly states that this is an "activation fee".........
This company has also been fined by the FCC!! See the website below:

Fraud NO #1
I did a big mistake in my life. This company is big fraud. they would tell you one rate and charge you another rate and add to that extra charges. They use few days from previous bill and add them to your new bill. They would call you any times a day. It doesn't matter 5 AM or 9 PM, you just keep getting calls. They don't know how to talk. When ask for supervisor they will not connect you. Nasty service. They would charge you $38 when you open account and they say it is refundable. When I wanted to close my account, they didn't want to deduct the $38 from the bill. They charge the incorrect bill which they triple the amount. When I close my account they took money from my Credit Card. Before creating account they said deposited $38.00 will be refunded with in 3 days. Now they said it will take 120 days to get the money back. Great cheater in this country. I don't know how they are doing business in this country?? Is there anyone take care this & help people from this GREAT FRAUD. I am so frustrated.

Nu Era FRAUDE mantente alejado FRAUD keep away from them!
A pesar que reconocieron que el departamento de venta me dio una información incorrecta (para poder vender). Que me tocó esperar que verificaran que la grabación efectivamente yo no mentía casi dos semanas. Que la primera persona que me atendió me dijo que en caso de ser cierto mis declaraciones podrian rembolsarme todo el dinero. A quien le dije que la caja del aparato la habia ya botado a la basura y me dijo que no había problema. Ya como no me pueden dar el servicio, saben que me voy, saben que no tengo la caja, usan como excusa lo de la caja para no reembolsarme el dinero, 123.99
Poca seriedad, servicio al cliente bastante malo. Simplemente, NO USAR ESTE SERVICIO DEL TODO! o estaras frustrado como yo y pederas el tiempo en tratar de hacerte oir para que estos sinverguenza no vayan por alli engañando a la gente.

Esta compañia es completamente fraudulenta. Por favor no la usen. Tenemos que hacer algo para parar a esta gente.
Yo acepté el servicio con ellos por error, pero luego de leer los rewiew la cancele al siguiente dia sin usarlo. Han pasado 4 meses y todavia estoy esperando que devuelvan el deposito a mi tarjeta. He llamado 7 veces. Siempre me han contestado muy amables pero no me devuelven el deposito de 38.95. Que cinismo!!No entiendo como compañias asi pueden seguir funcionando en USA. Quisiera poder hacer algo para parar este fraude.

* Do not use this company, scammer, cheater, lairs and more than what I can think of. If you already has account thru them, check your bills, if you talk for 30min they charge you with 80min on your bills and not only that, it will be on your previuos bill and current bill, short story they charge you twice and they always said computer error.
* NuEra telecom is very good of getting your money in so many ways. Be careful. I cancelled my account few months ago and they still took out money into my bank account.
* Custumer service, dont know how to speak english
* If you ask to talk to a supervisor, no one is available.(Scared to
talk to you because they know thier doing FRAUD).
* If your waiting on your security deposit, it aint gonna happen

SCAM!
I've been using them but not quite often. So when I finally decided to close the account they said the deposit money will be credited back from the same card I paid my last and final bill. The Customer Service Guy said it will be credited within 30 days. 30 days past and no Deposit of $38 on my card. NO BUENO! Very inconsiderate! And They lie through their teeth!BEWARE OF NUERA!

I had the same experiences as others explained (should have red this forum before signing up!) I Tried several times to contact them to cancel my account. After a week, an agent called me and offered me cheaper rates (still far from what I was promised). I said no and asked him to cancel my account. Another agent called me today and told me that I have a outstanding balance of $17. I told her that take it from my $39 deposit and refund the rest. She said it is not possible. I have to pay the bill so that she can cancel the account. I told her that I will not pay the bill until I see my money back to my account. She said: so you are not going to pay your bill? and I said not until I get my deposit back.
Not sure what they would do, but I am not going to give them another $17!

Look out for sales agents namely Shahid Siddiqui, Shaheen Khan and Imrna Khan when they call from nuera to sign you up for the service. They make all kinds of false claims and give you all suhc promotions which are nowhere present in the company and as soon as you say yes for those sevices and signup with your credit card charged for refundable fess, they get disapppeared and never come back on the scene again for you.
They gave me a deal which was hard to resist, with one number free unlimited for pakistan, 2 cents/minute for pakistan, $2 free each month for pakistan and a 10% discount on the invoice. So I thought, it is the best deal one can ffer so far and I signed up. In no time, I figured out it was scam and in a week when I checked my balance it was some amount showing which was not supposed to show becuase I never even called too many numbers yet and couldn't possibly be billed for anything.
Anyways, I called the customer service and spoke to them and to the account supervisor but to no such avail but I cancelled my service with them and asked for my refund back which they told me will be returned only when I get the bill and pay it. Made no sense at all, you can deduct the bill from my depsoit and return me the balance.
Then, I signed on to the nueratelecom online billing site and wrote the whole complain to them with all names and described the whole situation to them on the complain in writing. within no time, someone called me from the customer service dept. and told me that they listened to the recordings and found that they(agents) did the wrong selling of promotion to me and then also asked me to signup for a 3.4 cent offer for pakistan with no connection fees which I rejected and asked them for my refund back. In a week my refund is back and they resolved my concern and theya re now supposed to take care of my bill as their resolution process.
I would highly recommend someone who get stuck in such scam to please follow the procedures setforth for consumer protection to write complains in writing and if no one responds to those than they can even go to ministry of consumer affairs to file a formal complaint about the business of their wrongdoings. This way justice will be served for everyone.
